I ordered an item. Emailed the next day and said I had found that item locally. The item came anyway. I sent it back and never received a cresit back for my purchase

Saw the accessories I wanted at half the price they usually go for and I was wary but thought I'd give it a try anyways. Glad I did because everything went smoothly. Got my tracking number as soon as my order was processed. A week from when I ordered it to when it was delivered. I did use PayPal just in case it didn't work out but I got lucky. :)

I ordered a wireless GameCube controller as a gift for a friend. I came to realize when I opened the box that I had instead received a wired controller that just looked similar to the original product. Not a terrible mistake, it happens, but my biggest complaint comes with how they handled the situation after I contacted them about the error.

They sent me a shipping label to return the wrong product and get a refund (which I did receive) and then said they weren't able to give me the original product since it was out of stock and they didn't know when or if they would get any more.

Frustrated by the idea of having to do a bunch of waiting and work due to their error, I voiced that I felt this response was lackluster since I would inevitably end up with nothing. Their response to this was essentially "too bad". Their exact words were "everyone is susceptible to human error, and unfortunately this time around, you were a victim of it."

As frustrating as the original error was I understand how it could have happened as the two products looked similar and it was the holidays. But their lack of willingness to offer any other solution was disappointing.

I ordered a ps2 from here instead of getting the one from Amazon because it was similar price with the cords on October 10. I never got a tracking number at all and the app they tell you to track the order with only shows a receipt and says your order was placed but never tells you where it is. I've called it goes straight to voice mail and they never call back I've emailed and I got a message blocked notification. Yesterday my friend who actually paid for it as a thanks to me for a favor and I both reviewed a text saying we couldn't deliver your package and he said his text said we didn't pat for shipping which was already included in the check out... everywhere I've seen reviews was from people who Saif they never received their items or their money back please do not shop here it's a scam.

Shipping policy is a lie. States it will ship same day if order before 3pm. 4 days later so far and nothing. Do not respond to inquiries either. Asked for refund and nothing. Had to have credit card company step in.

I'm not a bot and actually just ordered a new Xbox series X bundle. It took about a week and everything was perfect. I'd recommend them, they're legit

Recently bought an Xbox headset sent me a playstaion headset....want me to go threw the work of finding away to send back there mistake before they will fulfill my order and send me what I paid for. Scam of a company frauds stay away.

Complete scam artists. Do not ever deal with this website. Stay away. Do not even consider it

These guys are nothing more than despicable and disgusting Scalpers! $1000 for a system that is $500 regular! All because people can’t wait for stocks to stabilize! You realize at there asking price you your self could buy 2 systems if you could find them!! Scalpers also ruin it for the rest of us waiting on the system! Save your money!!

At the first step I was not sure if the website was a fake. However, I risked an ordered a ps5 on March 30 2021 and received it on 7 April. The prices are high but the service is excellent.

Purchased a PS5 Feb 15. Received an email receipt saying my order was being processed. I looked online at my credit card statement- the charge was listed as New Hope Church LA. Red flag! So I attempted to contact Gaming shop via email a couple of times- no reply. Called the phone number for the "merchant" on my credit card- disconnected. I disputed the charge with my credit card and they credited my account back. Now the website is under construction. This company has DISAPPEARED. And we never received the Ps5. Any positive reviews have to be FALSE.

They stole my money. Bought the PS5 with extra remote for $469.85 on February 21,2021, they took my money and the site is now under construction. My kids are hurt. I've texted and got no return emails. They are scammers and using Facebook to do it.

Great service and fast delivery, they actually have the products in stock and you don't have to scramble to purchase the consoles that are sold out everywhere else.

Ordered the PS5 bundle for my son, they said delivery would be March 1, received it 2 weeks early. Customer service was amazing, called me personally to clarify needs, also messaged me throughout all steps. I must say I am very impressed with the way this company does business

Scalpers, however their stock has become so unprofitable that they are now posting their PS5 product for $399.99 for the Disc drive edition. (Thats $100 less that regular retail). They screwed themselves hard trying to take advantage of people they're now losing money on these things.

Scalpers!!! can buy any product on there website for better prices on ebay ffs😂🤦🏼‍♂️
