My order hasn’t arrived yet after over 2 weeks and I have messaged Taurus through the website and on email and had no response.

Bought this as a present for a huge Andrew Weatherall fan. He absolutely loves it. Delivered on time. Really happy

Very disappointed with the quality. Bought for my nephew who lives abroad. The stitching at the back of neck was missing where the label should be. Had to hand stitch it to stop it getting worse. No time to return or replace as we were leaving to visit family abroad a couple of days later. Wasn't worth the money it cost.

I had an issue with the actual sizing of a product versus the description of that item. Wesley dealt with the issue absolutely no hassle - replaced the item and went above and beyond.

After a short initial delay in the arrival of my ordered Hoodies, my enquiries were answered promptly. The delivery was then upgraded to 24 hours and my purchases (which were birthday presents) arrived in time. My daughter and her friends delighted with the products. Would use again and would recommend.

Love the selection of T-shirts, and they’re good quality. I had a slight delay with my order but the customer service response was prompt, the delay was understandable and my order was already on its way.

There was a bit of an issue with shipping which was royal mails fault however Taurus gaming T-shirt’s went above and beyond sending me out a new T-shirt and even threw in an extra top to apologise! Exceptional service T-shirt’s were great quality and my little brother absolutely loved them!

I ordered an item over Christmas having read on the website that the company were closed until 4th January, so I knew the order would not be processed until then. The item was for my son's birthday on 16th January so I was just hoping the order would be processed quickly enough once the company reopened after their Christmas break.
I emailed the company after the 4th to follow up on my order but they did not actually re-open until the 10th! The response I had was prompt and helpful, explaining that they would get the order processed that day and change it to Royal Mail 24 in order to get it to me in time.
Unfortunately, with my son's birthday falling on a Sunday the item didn't actually reach me until Monday 17th. However, the communication I had with Gamingtshirts and their effort has left me very happy with their service. The item was perfect, including a personalisation and my son loves it. I have therefore given 5 stars.
From this experience, I would definitely recommend this company and I would happily order from Gamingtshirts again.

I brought a fornite lounge set for my nephew and he loves it, only issue was sizing but thankfully managed to fit him perfectly.
