We moved from SmartSerialMail (end of life) and Sendblaster (buggy, bad support) to Gammadyne and are very happy with it.

It's an essential work-horse of our business - unlike other software we use it can seem invisible as it never causes any flaps. Just does it job day in and day out.
Extensive and clear help files. The fact that as well as being a complete email marketing solution as an app it also can be integrated into our own CRM. Could use it effectively from when we first got it - still learning new features or ways of using it. We send around 1 million emails a week using it for around 50 clients.
