I’m absolutely delighted with both my eyebrows and lip blush! From start to finish, the beautician, Keisha, was professional, friendly and incredibly attentive. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and made me feel comfortable and reassured throughout both treatments.

She was gentle, precise and clearly takes great pride in her work. I’m so pleased with the results — my eyebrows are beautifully shaped and natural-looking, and my lip blush has given my lips a lovely, soft and natural colour with beautiful definition.

I couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend her to anyone considering these treatments. I’ll definitely be returning!

My appointment for eyebrow microblading was booked for 10:30am- Keisha had text me 13hours before my appointment as she wasn’t feeling well, she had said she wasn’t well enough to go to work. My mother had booked an appointment with a different member of staff at the same time so I would be able to drive her. When we arrived Keisha was sat at reception-even though she had informed me she was too unwell to even attend work.
My mother proceeded with her appointment until Keisha had informed her that she had tonsillitis-she was forced to cancel her appointment. My mother has lung disease and is going on holiday in 5 days. All of this was stated in her medical questionnaire. I would genuinely avoid this place like the plague.

Excellent service from Grace. Did threads on a friend and it looks amazing. Minimum downtime, took years off her and has left her with a younger, natural look. Excellent work,

I have been a patient of Dr [Name] for over 15 years and have always been extremely impressed with her professionalism, knowledge and genuine care. She is an absolute mine of information and takes the time to provide thorough, considered treatment rather than simply offering a quick solution. Her expertise in both aesthetics and functional medicine is exceptional, and I have always felt I was in very safe and capable hands. The clinic itself is professional and welcoming, with a friendly and helpful team. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending her.

My experience with the G&M Healthcare was sooo amazing. Dr Grace is a very kind and caring practitioner who has her patient's best interest at heart ❤️. Dr Grace is also a wonderful therapist that provided you with a words that would calm your soul and body when chatting with her during the treatment. The staffs are amazing,and caring too. They explained everything to you clearly,and do follow up advice too. I felt confident through out the treatment,and came out with an amazing result. I would definitely recommend them.

I am fully restored to full health, thanks to Dr Grace hula not only is she a conventional doctor but a health practitioner too. After rigorous tests and a varieted diet and top quality supplements after 18 months, its given me back a new life , all symptoms and pain in my body has gone .

Dr Grace is an experienced and caring practitioner who has her patients' best interests at heart. She has a busy workload but is always available for a chat if required. Her knowledge of gut health is excellent and she can always recommend supplements to improve the situation which don't harm the body like some conventional medications do. I would thoroughly recommend her.

My experience with Dr. Grace and the receptionist was excellent, as booking was effortless and I received a clear explanation of the treatment's realistic expectations. Additionally, I was provided with helpful follow-up advice and treatment. My primary concerns regarding pain and bruising were addressed, and I was given painkillers and cream. I will certainly schedule another appointment.

I have been to see Dr Grace for multiple treatments including vitamin injections and fillers. It’s always so pleasant and such a laid back welcoming environment, she is able to suggest the best treatment plan/ process and is very responsive to queries.

Good quality service provided by Dr Hula and her team, felt well supported through the journey.
Expectations were well managed and got good results overall.

Been with doctors grace 9 years she never failed to make us look ( seriously 5 to 10 years younger ) 😃 my niece started to have threads first time lasted nearly two years she looked amazing . Just had threads again WOW even better 😀 I’m going to have them next time . So thank you doctor grace for making us look fantastic all these years I’m 69 years old and everyone says I look in my early 50s my niece looks even younger . Her face looked all crapey with wrinkles and sagging jowels. ALL gone these threads are brilliant !

I had high expectations based on our initial conversations, but unfortunately, my experience didn’t match up. The treatment plan wasn’t clearly explained, and there was a misunderstanding about the number of sessions. I paid up to 4 session , thinking I was signing up for six sessions, only to be told later that it was actually 12—something I never agreed to.

On top of that, I’ve seen no improvement from the treatment. I was willing to pay for six sessions, but I expected better communication and transparency. While I appreciate the offer to update the consent form, I wouldn’t have gone ahead with this under these terms.

Overall, the experience has been disappointing, and I would never recommend this place to anyone. I hope they improve their communication for future clients.

I opted for a BBL Brazilian butt lift but I have been left with hard and painful lumps in my buttocks. I can’t sleep or walk properly or do my job as a yoga teacher. I’m on constant pain when they flare up. The filler solidified and now I’m left with long term damage. The clinic will not take responsibility.
