No clear RTP info

Some slots don’t show RTP anywhere and the site doesn’t list it either. I had to google each game. If they care about fairness they should make that info easy to see, not hidden behind searches.

Slow chat, slower email

Live chat took ten minutes just to say hello to me, and when I emailed about a payment issue they replied three days later with a generic copy-paste. Makes you feel like they don’t really care once they have your money.

Not honest about RTP

I couldn’t find clear return-to-player info on a lot of the slots. Some show it, some don’t, some link to a generic page. If you care about that stuff it’s frustrating, feels like they’d rather keep players in the dark.
