Verification nightmare

To withdraw 50 dollars I had to send passport photos twice, utility bill, selfie, then wait 4 days for “manual review”. Felt like I was applying for a loan instead of cashing out my own money.

Support was slow at first

Support was slow at first, then human without sounding like a sales script. I asked why bonus progress had not moved, and the agent explained the delay after a session. The bar updated later that night.
