Curved Sleeve Rose denim blazer is perfect on a curvy body! With a large chest the lack of lapels is so convenient as it doesn't add bulk. The shaped waist is very slimming while the curved sleeves echo the body shape as well as give a modern touch. Pockets in the right place and a lovely dark wash durable denim, this jacket in a EU size 48 is my favourite:-) Well done Ganni - keep the large sizes coming!!!

Great! Love the dress I bought this time. Got a great price and the quality is good. I have one dress like this in pink, but this is shorter and for tropical climates. The sizing is accurate. Ganni offers fast, and smooth, shopping and shipping!

Order not bot been delivered yet
I haven’t received my order yet. I have extremely frustrated with the delivery service you provide. The package was lost and after I contacted a customer service I had to wait another week. I have been in touch with Postnord, but I still think it’s not ok… I didn’t get any feedback from Ganni as well, whm I placed a message.
The order was places on the 23rd of November. I have an upcoming trip I have planned to take jeans with me.
Extremely sad tht the choice is very limited in Oslo store and I have to go through this mess.

I was so disappointed with my purchase, the new balance/ganni collab trainers.
They looked very different online to what I received, very sparkly/glittery laces and reminded me of a little girls shoe from any shoe store, so sorry, I really wanted to live them

Stylish but disappointing
I recently purchased the GANNI x New Balance Fresh Foam Trainers, and while I was initially drawn to their sleek design, I was slightly disappointed upon receiving them. First, the color was noticeably more silver than the lighter tone shown in promotional photos. This wasn’t necessarily bad, but it didn’t match my expectations based on the marketing.
In terms of quality, the shoes felt surprisingly cheap for a collaboration between these brands. The materials didn’t seem durable, and I’m concerned they might not hold up well over time, especially with regular wear. Overall, while they look stylish, the build quality doesn’t justify the price tag for me.

Shoulder strap broke and was swiftly sent a replacement!!
Got myself a bag last year and the shoulder strap broke last month. Contacted Ganni online as their stores in Bangkok, Seoul, and London no longer carried the specific bag model and my request was tended to by Michelle who swiftly helped to arrange the delivery of the replacement shoulder strap. It’s officially 14days and I haven’t yet received it and I have sent multiple emails to customer service who has said it’s on the way multiple times but no clarity if when.

As also communicated via email, we have tried our best to support you through this case, with your order being placed with incorrect address details. After closely tracking and investigating the delivery with the carrier company, the delivery was not successful and the carrier had to return-to-sender. After this confirmation, your order was fully refunded and we have shared full clarification of the process with you.

I received the wrong size, I had ordered a size 28 and received a size 24.
I now have to wait for a refund before I order the correct size and then wait to receive the jeans.

Pants are an amazing fit but leaves fluff everywhere!!
Pants are an amazing fit, however they keep dropping fluff everywhere I sit or walk. I have washed them twice now to at least tone it down. Everytime I wear them I have had to vaccum….a bit gutting! Hoping it will go away after a handful of washes…

The price does not match the quality
The price does not match the quality
Bought a pair of extremely expensive leather and wood mules/clogs. First of all they are completely unwearable, so stiff and painful and heavy. So the fact that they have been relegated to house shoes is already painful but THEN after wearing them for less than a kilometre the wood is peeling off the side which means the base isnt good quality wood but a sort of ikea cheap wood with a fake wood covering.
