This Chinese company is using above the photos clothing in one advertisement of their company the name of Christopher Thomas Gantnier I believe! saying that the collection was being closed early (if so really bad taste)

Ordered gents top in November as a Xmas gift,arrived 30th Dec.No reply about returns,rubbish material.Going to charity shop.Do not buy from this company.

one star is too many. Product took forever to arrive, customer service doesn't respond, and it is NOT cashmere. Very cheap, poorly made, ill-fitting junk. Straght to Goodwill.

Don’t touch these rogues. Their product is nothing like the advertising shows. Junk products, cheap, nasty and appallingly made. PayPal claim is in for a full refund. Considering contacting Trading Standards - they really are that bad.

This is a total fraud. Clothing is really cheap polyester from China. Tried to mail their customer service about returning the shipment. No reaction at all.

Waste of money

Yes. A total Fraud. Represented as Cashmere it was a cheap synthetic rag shipped out of China and containing no labels! How Facebook allows them to advertise there only testifies to Facebook being scumbags too. Total fraud! Stay away!

It is a scam. I ordered a cachemire jumper I got a plastic jumper. Do not give them your money. Never again

Terrible, abysmal and simply scandalous. I ordered 2 cashmere sweaters on the 6th of December and I have not received them. I've sent 5 emails and they only responded when I said I will be putting a complaint through. I've asked for a refund 2 times when Hayley finally gave me my first response. I've asked another time for a refund and she had simply ignored me. It's now the 4th of January! Absolutely unacceptable.

I bought three sweaters from this company. They were described as 50% cashmere. They are 100% polyester. I want to return them, but they are making that impossible.

Classic bait and switch by a company outside the US that knows it is more difficult and expensive to return their crap or hunt down a refund. Ordered a "cashmere blend sweater" and received a polyester rib-knit shirt that was probably made in 1972. I'll donate to Goodwill and someone can wear it to a 70's party someday.

A SCAM - AVOID!!
Total joke. Ordered a cashmere jumper and received a cheap fleece weeks later. I’ve emailed to ask for a refund but surprisingly no reply.

These shirts are not cashmere they are actually illegal made. #1. No care label. #2 No country of origin. #3 no RN number A COMPLETE FRAUD

The product on the advert doesn´t look at all at the product i received. I tryed to ask questions about it but no answers from them. Don´t buy anything from them. It´s completely fake!!

2 months later. I received an email saying they couldn’t deliver when they hadn’t even sent my order. Their London address is fake. There is a Paris address which I suspect is also fake. The main email address bounces back. It’s a complete scam.

Don’t go near this company!!!! The products are NOT what they say they are. Do not fall for it.

Feeling silly as I didn't check this site first (I usually do). Dreadful quality, not like the advertised product. Easier to master unaided flight than get a refund from them.

Gantnier almost deserve a prize for winning 100% 'bad' reviews. Like just about everyone else, I fell for a Facebook add that showed cashmere zip jumpers in attractive colours with a French sounding name. The giveaway was the fact that they were actually shipped from China and the price was too good to be true. So, now I've got three synthetic jumpers is attractive pastel shades. There's nothing wrong in taking a punt, but I think Facebook should be taken to task for perpetuating these sorts of scams.

SCAM. The items are not what they say they are. I ordered cashmere got POLYESTER. CAME FROM CHINA AND THEN THE ORDER SHIPPED FROM SEATTLE IN USA.
