Ordered a pair of boots three times in a size 8, always got a 7. Cheap shit and no customer service. They come straight from china, not a uk company at all.

Wrong size sent ,sent email for returns address with no reply, customer service non existent.

I`ve got wrong order and nobody did not want to help me to send it back, they gave me 30% off but I could not use item and I paid for quicker delivery but I`ve got in normal time!!!!

This company is a scam. Sending very poor quality products, not the items described. And there is no way of getting a refund for your money as others have said there is a fake email. I am trying to get my credit card stopped.

If I could give 0 stars I would.
I’ve had nothing but a bad experience with them ordered sandals, sent the wrong ones.
Customer service has been shocking, they told me it would be too much money for me to pay and send them back, I could have 10% back. Now they have said I should contact my bank as they will no longer handle it, whatever that means?
I tried emailing their refund address and it comes back as it doesn’t exist.
I’ve lost money that was spent as a gift for my Mum.

Ordered my walking boots on 20/3 tracked shipping on their website delivered within 2 weeks..delivery charge a bit pricey but worth it for the total price paid ..no complaints perfect fit too 🥾 🥾

Ordered a pair of shoes for my husband 8th February 2024, still not received, very disappointed 😞

I bought MEN HANDMADE SPLIT LEATHER BOOTS, and i i got it from an EU country. They are not what as desciber in ads and they are not waterproof.

When i contacted them to return the item i was given address in China which would cost much to return, they offered 15% as a refund.
When you want to buy i was also directed to another website

Can only speak as I find and my experience of buying furlined boots was 5 star.

Purchased 2 x items. 1 pair mens orthopaedic shoes, 1 x ladies orthopaedic shoes.
Men's shoes are definitely NOT orthopaedic as they are flimsy and not cushioning soles or outer stability.
Women's shoes were the same, very unsatisfied with both products, I am returning these if I can find d who to return them to as there's no return address from Gant Style..

I bought burgundy boots. Arrived after a long while. Returned them as they were too small. Now they seem to have gone into cyber space I returned them via Recorded delivery but still no luck tracing them. I also had the same experience with a more expensive pair. That is me and Internet shopping finished just throwing money away if you have to return stuff. Especially on Facebook.

Unfortunately ordered some snow boots
For my wife she found them very uncomfortable as soon as she tried them on.
Emails to uk customer service bounced straight back as not found.
Parent company in china offered 10% discount and keep the boots. Fortunately I paid on a credit card so I’m hoping they might be able to helped

Chinese fake, product does not match the photo. I don't recommend it.

I’ve got the black ones, then my neighbour saw me in them & wanted me to get her a pair in white, so whilst doing that, I thought I want a pair in white too now, love them

Received mine yesterday. On time and exactly as pictured. Website has bad reviews but I can't knock them cheers

I bought a pair apart from the fact the wife doesn't like them they are brilliant. Very comfy and easy to wear.

Bought shoes, waited weeks, they arrived at Evri depot who sent them straight back to China so I never got them. Avoid all Facebook scams. Perhaps I should have gone for click and collect.

Worst company I have ever known cheap unwearable shoes not anything like their advert on FB I won’t be buying anything advertised on FB in the future

AVOID! Fake items shipped from China.
I made a huge mistake buying shoes from this website. I fell for their misleading advertisement on FB and then on their website. I liked the look of the advertised shoes. They meant to be made of real leather and to be a genuine product, the new and design. I put the shoes in the basket but didn't finalise the purchase. The seller kept sending basket reminding emails and various offers to convince me to buy the product cheaper. I've decided to try it. Being cautious I've paid with paypal to be on the safe side. The order meant to be shipped from the UK but it arrived after 2 weeks from China, packed in regular postage bag. When I took the shoes out of the bag, not only they looked different to what is presented on website and in advertisements but also it occurred, they are made of artificial materials and there is nothing real in them, except a real hoax.
I took my phone and with google lens I scanned the shoes. It instantly showed many sellers from China, offering the same shoes for the fraction of the price. I decided to return the item, as I would've never bought it if I knew it's not a real leather.
Then the problems began. It appeared that there are few, different business names and there is no simple return process. They informed me that I have to send the order back to China and they provided a return address typed in Chinese language. I was forced to open a case with PayPal. Fortunately, PayPal offer me help and I sent the order back to China. It's still in transit but once it shows as delivered, PayPal will issue the refund.
If you'd like to save yourself so much stress and trouble, please think twice before you buy from them.
