Very poor customer service
Horrible customer service. I order flooring and need it soon. When I inquired about it , they estimated delivery would be In May. I order it around February 1st and as soon as I found out it would be May for delivery , I called up and sent text email. They refuse to acknowledge my cancellation and then sent me an email saying it’s already shipped. They ended up refunding my money. The problem might not be the product or if they are legit. They need to invest in better customer service and raise the prices if they have to. I pay more , but the customer service was horrendous.
Fake false advertisements they won't honor
Wish I could post the pictures of their false advertisements and the pathetic replies from this company why they don't honor their sale prices. 30% off SITEWIDE. Nope, not sitewide. 30% OFF ALL FLOORING. Nope, not all flooring. Clickbait false advertisements.

Cons : 4 tiles glued together which broke when seperating. I mailed their customer service many time with no respone. they don't care.
After dealing with many consumer who i have purchased from before, their customer service is practically non existent.

I’ve ordered titles twice from Garage…
I’ve ordered titles twice from Garage Flooring. The second time I needed to return the extra tiles I still had. I have to pay for shipping which is outrageous on the count of, I paid $180 for my second set and it’ll cost me $70 to ship the rest back. It makes no sense, the guy I talked didn’t really offer any help just “you’re responsible for shipping” from experience if you have a business account with UPS, FedEx and USPS you’re discounts are way more than an ordinary consumer, Garage flooring, you should be a little more forthcoming when someone is trying to ship unused merchandise back, your shipping rates would be 10x better than what I and everyone else would get…. I don’t think I can purchase more inventory from them, things happen and items will need to be sent back, but paying for your own shipping isn’t something we could all afford

I got the tiles I ordered and once they…
I got the tiles I ordered and once they were installed I noticed a really bad off-gassing. I went back and looked and realized there's a hidden California Prop 65 warning but only if you scroll down a little box within the page. I attempted to contact the company to ask if the tiles contain phthalates as I'm now concerned about that, and they claim they can't answer that question. If I want to return the tiles, it'll cost more to ship them back than what I paid for them.
Update: I do want to call out that I tried from scratch with a new rep (Alicia V.) and she's really been helpful. I still am not and may not be able to get the answer on phthalates since they may not be able to from the manufacturer but I do at least feel like she's trying to help and is helping me get a good rate on return shipping, etc. Bumping up to 3 stars from 1 based on how helpful she's been.

They forget to send me an entire order…
They forget to send me an entire order during my first order experience with Garage Flooring Inc. Later months later on a separate order, there was a mistake on the type of floor tile I received. I wanted to exchange for the correct version but customer support was unaccommodating whatsoever and I could never get anybody to answer their phone. When I finally made contact with them on their web chat, they informed me I would be responsible for the return shipping costs (over $100!!). Worst customer service experience with this company and I will be taking my business elsewhere at this point.
Update: customer service told me I would be solely responsible for the return of brand new unused tiles inorder to exchange for the correct tiles that I needed, they never offered an RMA label. To return the shipment ( only 96 tiles), it would be $150 out of pocket for shipping , and then they told me I can order the correct ones on their website all over again. They purposely make it a hassle for you to return or exchange their products despite their “money back guarantee claim” . I’ve spent well over $2,000 with them and this is how they treat returning customers. Lesson learned.

Horrible company with false promises!
They do not keep shipping dates promised. They do not answer the phones. The companies they use to ship leave your 250 lb product behind your vehicle in your driveway blocking you in! When the product is damaged and you show pictures of damaged product still in damaged packGing, they want you to roll out the damaged product for more pictures. This has been a nightmare! I do NOT recommend!!

What a scam!
Here is what I wrote to the company:
Ms. Hunter,
What a scam! Your company offers “Garage Flooring Inc family is elated to announce we now offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee to all our customers in the United States and in Canada. This guarantee not only ensures your complete satisfaction, as you may return your product for any reason within 30 days of delivery. We make this super easy for you and here is all you need to do:” Of course you are “elated” because you know it costs more to ship back the product then it’s cost and therefore no one could ever take you up on your BS 30 day money back guarantee. Your company masks this scam by only charging $44.82 for delivery. This would make a customer think that they can return the product and only spend $44.82 to return it, not true, it actually costs (after talking to several freight carriers including the one you used) more than the cost of the product.
In addition to the scam, I have left several messages without a return call. How rude! It’s almost funny, that when a customer calls and gets put in the queue they receive a message saying pressed 2 and you’ll be called back and not lose your place in line, well, the line must be very long as I have been waiting days for a call back.
HORRIBLE ABSOLUTELY WORST CUSTOMER…
HORRIBLE ABSOLUTELY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! I literally spent three entire days attempting to get ahold of them because they sent me the wrong order. Emails. Texts. Phone calls. Finally recieved a phone call back from Maurice Tarrazas about sending me the correct order and then he completely never got back to me about getting it!!!!! Waiting still for any knid of answer about my very expensive incorrect order to be fixed. I seriously cannot believe how horrible and completely unprofessional this is!!!
Worst customer experience of my life
In my entire life of doing business transactions, I can honestly say that Garage Flooring, Inc. has been the worst and most disappointing from A to Z. Let me be clear, some of it was their fault and some of it was the warehouse and a lot of it was the delivery team. In my opinion, you should run and choose a different provider for your flooring needs. Here is a step by step recap of what has occurred in working with them, so that you can be aware of before proceeding with them.
Sales team – In early summer of 2022, I started a conversation of what floor would be appropriate for my garage flooring needs. After a few informative discussions, I felt that Diamond Nitro Black made the most sense for my needs because of its cost and durability. Because of the size of my garage (600 sq. feet), I needed two rolls; 10 by 30 for my order and the price jumped because of the customization. No problem. I asked for a price concessions and needed to call back about a dozen times within the span of a week and half or so before receiving approval for a small discount. I was then ready to place my order, but needed it to be arriving when I was back in town and that was a whole production because the sales team couldn’t commit to a specific date or later time frame due to the process of the warehouse/delivery team. After a week or so of back and forth on typical delivery times from the production facility to transportation team, we placed the order.
After arriving back in town the order came within a few business days of expected delivery time, but needed to re-schedule with my installers to accommodate this. No problem. When the package arrives it is clearly damaged and in bad shape (pictures provided). I am so surprised and shocked that I didn’t know what to say. Then I started looking more carefully and it appeared that the width wasn’t 10 feet, but 9 feet, so I freak out. I call the company immediately and tell them what occurred. They asked me to unroll the product to see if the length is wrong as well and I tell them I can’t do that myself, each roll is at least 250 pounds. Customer service which was equally as challenged, issued me a refund of $100 and sent more product, like a 12 by 9 that was available for shipping. I then sign an agreement that they have made the situation whole.
When the additional flooring arrives, my installation team comes to install the floors. Much to my surprise there are several more punctured holes in the ORIGINAL product than expected and a lot of it needs to be thrown out. Long story short, I end up being short at least a 100 sq feet (even with the additional product that they send) and need to call the company again. The service team felt my frustration, but could not help with discounts and charged me an additional $500 for the needed product. At this point, I am over the whole process and don’t feel like escalating it to management. I place the order and the delivery takes much longer than expected because of a stomach bug in the Tennessee warehouse closing down the facility for several days.
Today, I received the package and guess what????? It was damaged again and was left at my garage, since we weren’t home. More damage on delivery. I don’t have the strength to even call them to complain. Sound like a good experience for a customer???

This has been a horrible experience and…
This has been a horrible experience and my order has not even shipped. I have submitted written contact on my order via text, online messaging, and support call attempts which I have yet to speak to a support rep.
At this point I am pursueing a full refund and request confirmation with 24hrs. If no confirmation, I will open an investigation with American Express on this company for them to provide me a refund. This is the great benefit of using AMX.

Color Variation in Tiles
April 5, 2021
Really disappointed. Ordered 234 Smooth Flex Nitro Tiles in light grey and received product from 4 different production lots, meaning they didn't all match in color. A professional flooring supplier would know the entire order needs to be from one lot.
OK, mistakes happen, and they could easily make it right by quickly shipping out some replacement tiles, but their customer service team is woefully ineffective and ill equipped. It's been a week. Nothing has shipped and they haven't been able to give me assurance if I will receive the right tiles, or when. In the meantime, my shop is in disorder while this project is on hold with half of the tiles installed.
I won't be doing business with them again.
Update April 8, 2021-
After a week of chasing this problem, the replacement tiles arrived. Even though they confirmed the tiles would match, they don't. They sent the wrong lot again. It seems so simple, but they can't get it right. My last email has been unanswered, which is typical for them. It's clear they have a fulfillment and customer service problem. I'm 2 weeks into this and still don't have the appropriate material after spending nearly $3000.
Seriously, shop somewhere else. I wish I had.
