When the installation team arrived they were faced with a difficulty with my floor which is old. Instead of complaining, they found a solution. This resulted in more work for them. I offered to pay more but they refused and stuck to my original quote.

The floor looks amazing. What a transformation it’s made to my garage. Previously I had a concrete floor which required constant maintenance as it was coated with resin. I’ve spent hundreds of pounds coating it over the years. It always looks bad just a few weeks later.
