Garden Sanctuary Reviews 

Last week I ordered a 160cm charcoal BBQ on Tuesday pm. It arrived Thursday am. The instructions for assembly are clearly laid out and the BBQ is well designed and engineered. It feels really solid. We haven't had a BBQ yet!! but we are very pleased with the service and the produce.
What concerns me is that if I had read the reviews before I ordered I would have missed out on this at a really good price.

I purchased a fireplace suite. No warning of its arrival and no idea that the item would arrive in 2 parts and several days apart. I agree with others - no one answers the phone and the email customer service is very slow. I wouldn't recommend this company or the courier company Yodel.

The Customer Service is disgraceful.

I ordered a garden storage box. Let’s just say some of my daughter’s toys are more robust.
The quality was shocking. When I complained multiple times, they insulted me with a refund of £4 and I was able to keep the box!! But surely I just paid for it??!!! They also addressed me by the wrong name.

Do not touch this company, their products and their customer service is horrific!!!

Unfortunately I bought a bike shed from this company and it is a total disaster. The roof is lockable but if there is a bit of wind, it opens and the screws start to come out.
The front locking mechanism is also a joke, it has 5 tiny screws that if you take them out, it voids the lock. I would never use it for bikes because a bit of wind opens it all up.

Ordered on the 27th December and arrived on the 30th December! Read a few of the reviews and almost didn’t order but I’m glad I did! Haven’t tested our fire yet but decided to leave a review as so pleased with how quickly it arrived.

I was very pleased with the quality and price of the bike shed which suited our requirements perfectly
However my primary recommendation for this company is the quality of service and ease of access to their friendly customer support

Hello! So I’ve seen a lot of dubious reviews and started to doubt whether my product may arrive / arrive on time- however I can safely say that I was silly to doubt. I ordered an aluminium greenhouse with sliding door and foundation last Friday, kept an eye on the delivery website and at first not many updates so I emailed Garden Sanctuary and they got back to me very quickly. The lady was very polite and respectful which was lovely, reassured is on the way and to be patient. Package arrived today! Partner is going to be building it shortly. Thank-you very much and will look to purchase more from you in the near future to enhance the garden.

Ordered 3 patio heaters, got delivered few days later, sadly one damaged in transit, reported to Garden Sanctuary right away, no hassle, immediately replaced got delivered few days later.
Excellent service all round.

This website only posts positive reviews under it's products, either 4 or 5 stars. I recently left a 3 star review on a shed and it was not posted on thier site. I emailed them about it and did not get a reply.

I feel the need to leave a review as there have been so many negative ones. I’ve had nothing but a great experience and customer service! I ordered before a weekend as it was with me the following week and it was £32 cheaper than a well known company that also sells online! Courier was very helpful and even carried the storage unit to the back garden! A full 5 stars from me. Would definitely order from again!

Accepted return and now they are ignoring my emails for a refund. !!!

Fire sold as can be “put flush into a wall” when fire arrived clearly says “DO NOT COVER” at the top of the fire so 100% cannot put into a wall !!!

Ordered 10 x 8 shed online and paid express delivery,then read reviews and was gutted to see such negative feedback and horror stories. Placed order around 6 pm wed confirmed straight away and waited for confirmation of despatch never came still not had confirmation as of 6pm friday yet shed was delivered around 8.30 am friday almost in Amazon prime territory. This is a good service so 5 stars from me.

Our umbrella arrived, and considering the price is of excellent quality. Its a shame that we were unable to get any info / updates on despatch or delivery, in-spite of making 3 phone calls. My fears of the company being a scam were completely unfounded.

We ordered a storage box nearly a month ago. Has not arrived. No apology or sympathy. Poor customer service. Phone number does not work. No way of contacting them except by email.
Courier company says it will arrive at the weekend but not holding out much hope.
These people are not honest.

Good range of products at reasonable prices but terrible delivery partner. Waited all afternoon, we’ll beyond the ETA window, then got a message saying the item was delivered. Contacted Garden Sanctuary and was just told what the updated tracking info said. No acknowledgement of the problem, no apology.

Our goods were never delivered and it is impossible to contact them on the phone.
Our next step is a refund via PayPal, contacting trading standards and the fraud team at the police.

Delivered on time. I ordered something else in error and received prompt refund. No problems with communication. Product we ordered is exactly as described and what we needed.

If there was a minus button on here i would be using this - BEWARE, do not use this company!!!!! Ordered a metal storage box from this company on 1/7 and i am still looking at it in my sitting room having not been collected after an arranged courier. Unable to contact by multiple emails and phone calls. A delivery charge when purchasing was £4.95 but charging me - £20+ for a courier to not collect. Save yourself the hassle and waste of time

Items delivered to the wrong address. Items not received. Customer service is extremely poor, they themselves provided evidence that it was delivered to the wrong address.However when it comes to issuing a refund they vanish and don't respond to emails. Person I initially communicated with, his name is Charles. They have a permanent number that does not work. Its an absolute joke. Hopefully paypal will resolve n issues refund. Similar to others unfortunately I got robbed.
