Trying to return -
MY TRUST in this company is almost gone.
Over 11 days ago I requested a return (Via email as that seems to be the only way this can be done) and have had NO response.
BUYER BEWARE - Especially if you need to return an Item
Typical, it has been delivered but to someone else. Ordered a mattress topper at the start of March, now into April it hasn’t shown up but states it’s been delivered. So I have emailed and hoping this can be fixed but hopefully not with another 4/5 week delivery time.
You should consider changing your delivery company as they do not give any information about where it has been delivered or who delivered it and they are also stating that it needs to be sorted out with you guys and the delivery team so I can’t even rectify this myself?
