The product is top class and I love that they are not for profit and any returns go to help urban birds. This review would have been five star but for the fact that I waited absolutely ages for delivery (I had to buy some bird food from elsewhere to tide me over). I do understand that Covid has made things more difficult for them. I will definitely continue to use them and hope I can give 5 stars next time!.

A quality product in every respect
A quality product in every respect, and an organisation with an impeccable (excuse the pun!) ethos. The birds come in greater numbers and we have had, great tits, blue tits, long tailed tits and nuthatch so far. With the budget mix we have used in the past, you can see the birds "throwing away" a lot of the content to get at the seeds they want. This doesn't happen with the Garden Crowd mix.

Gabby is Brilliant
Gabby was fantastic, my order had been accidentally missed, and was straight on it making sure it was shipped. I was a very needy customer, who felt let down for different reasons, Gabby met/resolved every challenge of mine professionally and completely, if I was serving me I would have wanted to say things/punch me in the face 🤦♀️😂🤩 She didn't, and that's why I will be shopping again with them!
