Don't buy anything from this site. Ordered pants from them. Received my order 10! Sizes too small. Contacted them through email. They offered me a$4 refund on a $50 order! After that, nothing. Crickets .

SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY AND AGGRAVATION!

1. THEY DONT TELL YOU ITS SHIPPING FROM DENMARK, TOOK A MONTH TO GET IT

2. THEY DONT PROVIDE INSTRUCTIONS

3. THE HARDWARE THEY PROVIDE IS A JOKE (SEE PIC FOR HARDWARE)

4. THE SHEETHING HAS NO GROMMETS ON IT, SO NO WAY TO EVEN RIG IT TO USE BUNGIE CHORDS

5. BUYER BEWARE

6. THEY'RE MAKING IT VERY CHALLENGING FOR ME TO RETURN THE ITEM

7. THEY HAVE OFFERED ME $5....$10...$15...$18 BACK AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE GESTURE. THE ITEM IS UNUSED AND NOT USABLE BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T PROVIDE ANY HARDWARE OR GRUMMETS IN THE BANNER.

Ordered a Garage Christmas cover back on 11-21-2024 and it's 12-16-2024. I'm wondering if it's going to make it by Christmas. Checking the tracking and found out it's coming from Denmark. I'll never use this company again, terrible service. Received chain mail response after emailing them, telling me "Please kindly wait for its delivery."

I ordered a garage door Christmas decoration . the order had a picture of my choice which was correct . however when the parcel arrived it was incorrect , As requested i sent photos of the packaging etc. , they replied that the order was sent correctly . they then offered a $12 compensation .
this appears to be a very sloppy follow-up , as a comparison of the ordered [product and the delivered one ) is self evident
please supply the one ordered !!!!!!

POSSIBLY A SCAM! I ordered a Christmas item on November 19th. Today is December 13th, and I have still not received it. On top of this, my order clearly states that the total was $58.79. However, now I see that I was charged $73.49. I have contacted the customer support multiple times. At this point I’m requesting a refund.
It’s now December 27th and still no package or refund!

DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL…. SCAM

First of all I purchased a garage door Xmas cover. I ordered it on November 1,23 and it was on all for 50.00. I ordered it and looked into the. Company and saw that they were based out of I believe Texas. A mom and pop type of business. Ok. Well as soon as my PP paid for it is when the trouble started. Always getting email alert as saying delays on this or delays on that. I noticed that it was coming from out of the USA, went though Italy. Then went through another customs. Why would it need to go through customs from Texas???? Well it took 30 days and it received what I thought was the correct item but it showed up today (32 days later) and it was the completely wrong item.

I immediately contacted them via customer support on their website and through PP and to no avail nothing !!!

PP contacted them and they sent a generic reply at first then said oh I received the correct item, but offered to refund me 6 dollars… yeah right.

Then I decided to look up the address on the package where it came from and it shows LEATHERS FOEEYS out of Chicago which is a scam company!!!!

I was pleasantly surprised by the clever design and decent quality of this item. While affordable, the two-week shipping was longer than expected. Packaging was minimal yet sufficient, keeping everything intact.
