As others have said, this is a scam website. It looked legitimate and I received an e-receipt for the transaction, but when I checked the money had been taken by Chauffage Michel. I emailed immediately to query this without response. I then checked Trust pilot, I just wish I'd done that before. I'm currently working on the disputed transaction with my credit card company to get my money back. I can only assume the positive reviews on Trust pilot have been planted by the scammer.

Placed order on the 29th April for :Bohemian Style Portable Double Hammock with Metal Stand for 2 People
I'm still waiting for the item even though website show them in stock , tried to contact them multiple times but no response

Sadly, only saw the reviews after making a purchase. Like others, paid for an egg chair at the start of May but never received it. No reply to emails, phone number doesn't work and the live chat is always offline. gardenhammock is either completely incompetent or more likely, a scam site. Do not purchase anything from them.

We placed an order over a month ago and have still not received the items. There’s been no communication or updates from the company. We also tried to contact them, but the phone number listed is not recognised. It feels like a fake website.

SCAM SITE! Confirmation email sent, money taken from my account but no egg chair 2 weeks on! Emailed for an update but no reply. Tracked the order on the website and says ‘processing’ online chat is always offline. Number does not exist. Avoid! Need to get my money back now.

Scam website! Don’t believe any of the good reviews! Phone number doesn’t exist! No response to emails! Bought an egg chair that never arrived! Bank have refunded thank goodness! Website reported to police and other reporting bodies! Hopefully it gets taken down!

ITS A SCAM WEBSITE

Please welcome the latest person to fall prey to this scammer!! Order placed a week ago. Website looks genuine. Received email to say my order had been received and received an order number. %days later no word, 7days later tried ringing!! Number not recognised. No reply to emails! Thought i was clever when it comes to scammers - usually sniff them out but recovering from major surgery for cancer 3 weeks ago clearly my eye was off the ball!! Lat thing i need at the moment but that's the problem with scammers - get more money from doing what they do rather than getting a real job and they don't care how or who they scam. I could cry but won't give them the satisfaction. I just hope i can get the money back from my bank as in my current situation i cannot afford to lose the money they have stolen from me. The chair was a rare treat for myself given all i have been through - instead it has added to my problems!!

Would give minus stars if I could. You just have to read a couple of the good reviews to realise they are fake! I have reported this site to National Cyber Crime.
Ordered an egg chair 3 weeks ago and status is still stuck on pending, sent numerous emails, no response. Tried the number, phone number does not exist. Looked up the address, no company by the name of gardenhammock is registered there.
Having checked my bank statement, my money has been sent to an individual in Belgium ‘Fred Delhez Chauffage’ and not a company account.
This is a fraudulent website run by scammers, I was lucky my bank agreed this was a scam and refunded my money. Please don’t order from this site, you will never receive your goods.

This website is a complete SCAM!!! My egg chair never arrived even though money was taken out my bank, fortunately my bank refunded the money. Do not buy! Avoid at all costs!!

Like other reviewers ordered an egg chair on 19 April, confirmation sent but no goods! Likewise have emailed, tried to call … number doesn’t exist, never online now to try and get my money back! How do cc companies/apple etc allow such a company to register with them is beyond me! My money went to Belgium! This site needs to be taken down. Will be reporting to trading standards too suggest others to likewise to stop this at source! They say they are a limited company but aren’t registered at companies house.. should have listened to my gut if it looks too good to be true it probably is! STEER CLEAR

It’s a 100% SCAM! and the good reviews on here are 100% FAKE!

I placed an order that never arrived, luckily was able to be refunded by my bank.

I want everyone who is considering using this company to know they are SCAMMERS!!!!

25th April Ordered outdoor dome shelter with zip away sides. Received email confirmation, paid using Apple Pay. 7th May requested order update - no reply. 9th May tried tracking on their website - still states “processing”. Online chat is offline. Contact number on website doesn’t exist. Reported it to my bank.
If I’m wrong and it’s legit, reckon they’re still rubbish.

Ordered an egg chair….. no contact since order. No answer on phone, no chat available, no answer to email…. Payment taken from account to Belgium!! Scam!! Time to try and get my money back.
