Gardenika is easy to order from. My order was shipped promptly and received as expected. The tea is absolutely amazing quality, even better than expected. Flavor of all the varieties I've tried are excellent.

This was my first time ordering from Gardenika and the entire process was seamless.
I am NOT a tea drinker, but it was suggested I try your Anti-Inflammatea for my issues with arthritis, cramping in my hands and mainly my hemorrhoids.
OMG, the results were amazing. At the time, I was actually considering having surgery for my hemorrhoids (which I didn't really want to but they were so painful) but drinking this tea has made a world of difference.

My subscription shipment arrives right on time. My daughter and I count on the Anti-Inflammatea to help with our eczema and inflammation from allergies. Great product and great company

While Gardenika's products are Very, Very Good, the owner / manager of this online shop doesn't speak English as a first language - or - they have trouble comprehending basic subscription functions.

While setting up my account so I didn't have to buy their products on amazon, the manager created an Every 3-Month subscription function specifically for me when I requested this length of time.

On April 2, 2025 I ordered a HUGE order to last for....3 Months. Over $100. Then on April 27, 2025 Gardenika sent me another huge 3-Month order auto charging my credit card and totally throwing my budget into chaos. I emailed the owner / manager 2x and nada.

While checking what happened it appears the Every 2 Weeks Subscription timing was reset to my account around mid April.

I think the owner, or its tech person, did an update on the website, that reset its functions to their default settings completely ignoring the customize settings for their customers...like me. That or something truly devious, but I'm going with unintended consequences here.

Either way, the owner / manager ignoring me was a bridge too far and I've cancelled all of my subscriptions.

Amazon sells their products, too. Go there.

This is my favorite herbal tea company.
The teas taste close to as if I put together fresh herbs and spices myself.
The price point is fair for what I receive.

I wasn’t able to track my purchase easily, but received my tea promptly and am so happy to have 10 packages of the anti inflammatea in my pantry! I have chronic pain from arthritis, and this tea makes every day ok🤗 I’ve used it for several years now and will continue to use it as long as it’s available!

I had an issue placing the order with an offer for an additional product. I placed the order without getting the offer. So, I emailed them to let them know there was a problem at check out and I was not offered the additional product. The matter was resolved right away by them adding the additional item to my cart. I was pleased with the response and their integrity.

Gardenkia has excellent products, the loose leaf inflammatea is an awesome blend and works quickly to reduce inflammation and pain. This is my absolute favorite tea. So many of my friends and family are buying the this tea. I,also, love the sinus soother, immune defense! Thank you so much!

I got what you said I'd get.
I checked and there were fifty different flavors.

The package was not delivered. The tracking says it was ready for pick up. Something is wrong as the package should have arrived on Monday according to the information I received.

Your company sent the Christmas gift that I ordered but now they have sent it a second time and I did not request it but one time and that was a Christmas gift. Do NOT SEND AGAIN and CREDIT MY ACCOUNT.
