Purchased 8 garden seat cushions in navy blue, received 8 lime green. Return cost £12.95, all I was offered was 10% off next purchase. Won’t use this company again.

Replacement cushion for sun lounger
So pleased to find a replacement cushion rather than having to purchase a whole new chair as the chair is fine while the original cushion had seen better days. The new cushion arrived quickly and is really thick and comfy. Definitely recommend.

Wouldn't ship a few garden cushions to the Isle of Wight.
Didn't answer my question as to why they would not ship, nor which courier they use. Almost all UK courier treat the IOW as part of the mainland and charge no extra. I even offered to pay any surcharge if there was one.
