Ordered a small Georgia corner dining set and it arrived within the week. Good quality and looks great. Instructions left a bit to be desired but got there in the end. Would recommend both the product and the supplier.

Amazing quality garden furniture that came assembled which was a nice bonus. Delivery was very quick and on time

They delivered faulty products twice and left us with huge boxes for over a week. It seems they only sell damaged products and try to screw as much as possible out of customers for sub standard products.

Easy to assemble, seems well built, looks smart and durable. Just what we needed.

Excellent and fast delivery of items that were shown as in stock. Cannot fault them. Panther were great too in delivering the boxes to the back garden.

Avoid if you actually want products
Ordered back in March with a promise of May delivery.
Product did not appear, phoned numerous times, no one calls back
Continued to call and eventually and advised product was delayed but they forget to tell me.
Date passed and no product. 3 weeks later a set of legs appeared and no chairs or table.
Phoned numerous times and advised they lost the item did not know where it was and could not help.
Carrier blamed Gardenman, Gardenman blamed Panther their carrier partner.
Customer services does not answer and avoids calling back.
Now allegedly getting a refund, but take 3 to 5 days yet they take card payments on same day.

Item as described - arrived when it said it would. Spoke to an adviser to check delivery date - very helpful. What more can you ask for.
Oh yes the parasol was great!

Fantastic service. I ordered my sun loungers on Wednesday afternoon and they were delivered the next day. The delivery firm Panther, were excellent. They sent a text with tracking info so I could track the delivery, and they also rang me letting me know it would be delivered in about 20 minutes. Excellent service all round, thank you.

Great service,great furniture. Have given 4 stars as part of my order went missing and had to be redelivered. Its was dealt with really well by customer service and arrived a few days later. Thankyou, I would definately buy from you again.:)

Horrible service. Still waiting for my furniture as I supposed to had it delivered a week ago. They keep misleading me saying they will phone me back but nobody does. Still waiting for it. Keep phoning them every day but still nobody seems to care. Horrible service

Very rare for me to write a review, but Andy at Gardenman was simply so fabulous at dealing with my telephone enquiry, that I was persuaded to place an order for my garden furniture then and there! Not out for delivery yet, so can’t rate the product, but Andy’s customer service was superb. A pleasure to do business with!

Ordered from here as delivery date was very soon compared to most places which were months away. Delivery on date we chose by 2 men who placed boxes where I wanted and waiting to build furniture in better weather. Would recommend as can choose delivery date.

Prompt efficient delivery of what appears to be high quality goods. Only the test of time will tell, so far the covers for our sun loungers have stood up to torrential rain

Great quality, fits perfect

I was kept very well informed of the delivery status throughout the day. The garden furniture was really well packaged and looks fabulous in my garden. I would love to know how to make the table lift and lower though, there weren’t any instructions on that.

Well made, beautiful furniture I contacted customer services to bring the delivery forward by a week and they couldn't have been more helpful.
