Misunderstanding averted, seeds are sprouting.
Edited my review for 2nd time. I have given a bad review earlier because of unresponsive customer service and there were miscommunication on delivery services. However that have been sorted and seeds seems to be sprouting, it is hard enough to get legit Creeping Thyme seeds in Asia region, if the seed grow up successfully I will surely purchase again. That said, although the customer service has been unresponsive initially but they seems to take feedback very seriously, so 4 star for that.

Thank you for your message. We are sorry that you have not received your seeds package yet, however, we have no control over public holidays and weekends (when the post does not work or deliver) in Ireland.
Your order from April 30, 2022 was handed over to the post office on May 4, 2022 at 9:32 a.m. with the shipping address to Malaysia
Don't worry, your seeds will be with you soon, and if not, no problem, we will send you a new package or you can have a full refund :-)
Info: You selected an envelope at checkout and therefore your package was sent without a tracking number. International shipments can take up to 14 business days, so please be patient.

Great customer service
I was a bit worried because It was the first time I order with them, some days had passed and I didn't have a traking number, so I wrote them and they answer quickly, explaining me that the lack of traking number was due to the shipment I've just select and giving me a lot of solutions on case It didn't arrived... But they were no needed, the envelope arrived to muy mail box that day!
