They post pictures of big lush, beautiful plants, but then when you order something from them, it is a tiny seedling. They do not write anywhere in their description that what you order is different than what is pictured. And what is pictured is very far-fetched. I wrote to them and asked for a refund and they would not give me one.
I ordered 2 plants. I received them and realized they are not the plants I ordered. I emailed and after many emails back and forth. It comes to light they don't have the plant I ordered. They sent me a similar plant. I live in zone 5. The plants they sent are for zone 9-11. Now they want me to send them back. They will provide a mailing label but they will get that to me when they can "soon" and to please take care of the plants in the mean time. I haven't received a refund yet. I will never order from them again.
