Their 40% sitewide promotion is a scam. Once promotion end timer counts to 0, it starts counting down from 2 days again. Don't be fooled to sense of urgency and thinking you get a great deal.

After posting this review, the seller did replace the broken jug for me, and I am editing the review to acknowledge that. Still, I did not like the fact that the replacement was offered only in response to the negative review and initiating a PayPal dispute.

I ordered four glass jugs. When the package arrived, one jug was destroyed.

I sent a video of the broken item to the seller, who refused to issue a refund and told me that I should have unwrapped the broken glass (which would have resulted in glass dust and shards getting all over my house), taken pictures, and then had a meeting with a UPS driver all to potentially claim a $15 refund.

I would have expected the seller to take responsibility for packaging the items in a way that led to them breaking in transit and for the seller to do any necessary coordination with their own insurance provider.

I want to congratulate the firm on the great choice of seeds and the perfect delivery.

The grass seeds I ordered in early January 2025 were destroyed by Australian Customs. I had no idea the seeds were being sent from China.
I would never deal with this company again as the seeds were not identified correctly on the customs form.
Now I am out of pocket $47.60. A waste of money to receive an empty packet with a letter from the Departmend of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry.

These reviews made us nervous and we very nearly didn't order, but after investigating some of the complaints, it became clear that most issues were with British citizens and seemingly as a result of Brexit. We ordered, and 4 days later, everything arrived to Ireland in perfect condition. Will update once we have them all planted out. So far, so good.

They knew that customs would not allow the seeds into Australia but did not warn us so we got a letter from customs that the seed were destroyed and we are out of pocket $60.00 Aust. dollars. Be careful !!!!

I ordered several "Double Hollyhock" seeds from Gardenstar. I also ordered hollyhocks that looked like cats as advertised on their site. It took a long time to get the seeds. Well, with all the seeds I got, only 1 hollyhock bloomed......and guess what....it was a regular hollyhock - NOT double hollyhock. The other seeds have turned out to be a mess of twines and no flowers. This is a fraudulent site and I advise people to NOT order from them as they not only do not send you what you ordered, since I ordered through PayPal I cannot get my money back. Read the other complaints about them. You DON'T get what you ordered! BEWARE!

While I received some of my order, I did not receive all.
When I queried, they argued and denied.
I raised a case with PayPal and was refunded.
They said they'd send the ones missed but now, no further replies to my emails.
Won't be doing business with them again.

This was a complete scam!
I purchased tubers in February, and by May/June, several bulbs showed no sign of life, while others had flowered and turned out to be different from what I paid for.
When I called out the store on this, their response was shockingly unprofessional. They insisted that I should have reported the problem upon receiving the tubers, completely disregarding the fact that it's impossible to know within hours of reception that they were the wrong tubers or unviable. When I challenged them with this fact, they stopped replying to my emails and completely ignored me afterwards.
My strong advice to potential buyers is clear - do not order from this very unprofessional site! You deserve better than what I experienced.

One day I decided that this year I would really try my hand at gardening. I had never dealt with growing vegetables before, so I started looking for the right seeds. Browsing through various stores, I came across gardenseedsmarket.com and decided to take a chance.

I ordered tomato, pepper, and cucumber seeds, hoping that at least some of them would grow. A few days after placing the order, I received a notification that the package had been shipped. Unfortunately, the courier mixed up the blocks, and the package ended up with the neighbors. Fortunately, I managed to retrieve it quickly.

When I finally had the seeds in my hands, I was pleasantly surprised. They were carefully packed, with precise instructions for sowing and care. After a few weeks, I could enjoy the first sprouts, and now I have beautifully growing plants.

Despite minor issues with the delivery, I am very satisfied with my purchases from gardenseedsmarket.com. The quality of the seeds is really high, and the variety of available types is impressive. I will definitely come back for more, but I hope that next time the courier will find the address without any problems!

(ITA) In marzo 2024 ho comprato un pacchetto di semi di Verbena Patagonica (Bonariensis). La confezione riportava effettivamente la fotografia dei fiori di quel tipo di verbena, ma una volta germinate e cresciute mi sono accorto che si tratta di verbena comune. La stessa che sitrova selvatica ai bordi delle strade, in Italia. Nulla a che vedere con la Bonariensis, molto più alta, con i fiori decisamente più grandi, dal colore più intenso e raggruppati ad ombrello. Sconsiglio l'acquisto da questo sito.Tra l'altro il prezzo non era nemmeno economico con la spedizione.

(ENG) In March 2024 I bought a packet of Patagonian Verbena (Bonariensis) seeds. The package actually showed a photograph of the flowers of that type of verbena, but once they had germinated and grown I realized that it was common verbena, the same that you can find wild on roadsides in Italy. Nothing to do with Bonariensis, much taller, with decidedly larger flowers, more intense in color and grouped like an umbrella. I do not recommend purchasing from this site. Among other things, the price was not even cheap with shipping.

Goods never came
Goods never came. On DHL there is information package has been returned to the sender. No reaction from the company. I have contacted them 2 months later and they said they can send it again if I pay again abroad delivery they cannot return money cause they did not receive package back. It is clearly stated on DHL doc package was returned.

The items were never delivered and returned to the seller. They stopped responding to my emails for a refund so I disputed the charge through my bank and got my money back.

Very unreliable company.
After a lot of yes/no's and many pictures shown of the received inferior quality seeds in their growing process, that had very bad result (microgreens) silence is their final answer. It is not so much the money lost now, but the way they handle things.
I do definitely not recommend this company. Very unprofessional.

I have bought cannas and begonias from them and it has arived totally rotten. I even made videos when I open those bags and show the "quality" of bulbs. After that I contacted them and told about this situation, that I have spent that much money on flowers which are rotten! Then I got answer from them, that they are very sorry, may I calculate how many of it was damaged. I did that, and they said that now all cannas are sold and they have no replacement for it, but maybe I'd like to order something else instead of cannas. I said OK, but for how much? Because not all was rotten, so I could not figure out what is that "refunded amount". Got reply that after Easter they will contact me on the amount. Today is 4th May and I still have no refunded amount nor reply from them... so disappointing...

As for the others reading this, i received very low quality roots - 6 of 8 were dried- and i’am writing and writing and writing to them to receive my money back! Stay away is you can! Horrible services!

they sent a totally different plant than what I have ordered. Ugly items in ugly colour instead of the advertised beautyful one. Freom received seeds nothing grow. As I see from the comment it is a common business practice here. Should have read comments before.

Super cheap seeds and fast delivery (to Denmark). I bought over 20 packages and all of them is super quality. Can’t wait for them to grow and harvest 🤗

I wanted to order some extras on my Order Sent in an email concerning it .They said they couldn't see my Basket so wanted screenshot or details .Sent them an email with details . Heard nothing waited a week then sent another email I sent a copy of the original email straight after the other thinking they might need to see it .A I got back in response th=at a colleague had already told me that they cannot see the basket . I then resent the list And was told they never recieved the email .I followed this up with an email showing the emails and timestamps I received a reply saying only a few items were in stock .1 of the missing ones was the one I most wanted .Anyway they sent with that email the amount due .I went back to website and yes i1 of the items was in stock even tough I was told it wasn't .By this time I decided to take my business elsewhere .Told them I would like a refund on my Original order .NO REPLY Sent another NO REPLY .Sent a message on contact us page NO REPLY. Tried the Phone number on the website .Wnet into an O2 answer phone so left a message Still nothing so phoned again .This time it rang but again went into Voicemail .
So minus zero customer service .If they had told me the Other item was there then I might have just left it as it was but after than and then being ignored .
Do you want to take a chance of this happening to you As surely I am not the only one
