Good service. It took about 10 days as the seeds came from Poland. But everything was done correctly and my inquiry while the shipment was en route was responded to quickly and helpfully. The seeds look fine. I am happy with the transaction.

Ordered unusual looking pansies and what I got were ordinary flowers that I have already. They were advertised as ‘rare’. I paid nearly €7 for the seeds and are the exact same colours I got for 99c locally. If I could attach photos of what was promised and what I got I would. Rip off merchants. Disappointed and disgusted at their false advertising. Won’t be buying from them again.

The selection is very good and the prices are customer-friendly. I will order here more often in the future.

Excellent quality products at very keen prices and low delivery charge.
Only minor criticism is that the courier GLS doesn't provide live tracking, so updates are delayed and lack detail and last message is 'your parcel is expected to be delivered today'.

I only buy my seeds here. The prices are fair and the quality is excellent.

I placed my order and everything went well. I received my package in the indicated time frame. The seeds are great ! At first I thought a seed pack was missing and contacted customer service, they replied on the same day. The agents were lovely. Fortunately it was only my mistake and I found the missing seeds in my home.
But I would recommend the customer support !

Very happy with my order of seeds as I ordered a wide array of seeds, took around 2 weeks to arrive but I wouldn't expect different coming from Europe. Couldn't be happier.

The website says they welcome orders from around the world. I placed my order the website would not process it. I contacted customer service they said they don't ship to the USA. Why the welcome if you can not ship? Such a waste of time.

I was really worried about the bad reviews but decided I would take a chance because there prices are excellent and I couldn't find wild garlic anywhere else. It took 11 days for my delivery to Ireland. On the 10th day I emailed them because the tracking information wasn't working for me and they emailed me back within a few hours on how to track th parcel. I will definitely be ordering again.

I already got the packet 2 weeks ago. Sorry for my last words, there was a mistake, i got the sms from the shipping company telling that they tried to give it to me and nobody was at home, when the packet was in the airport customs office instead. As i said, i already received it, so i want to apologize, and please, i think i wouldnt take too much effort to improve the communocation with the costumers, so try to change it.

Poor quality of products.
Bought 3 varieties of rhubarb, when they were delivered, saw that they were very poor quality, no buds, no sign of life, did not germinate, waste of money. Gardenseedsmarket does not respond to emails. Cannot recommend them. Won't be making further purchases from them again.

Received email gardenseedmarket offering refund but again no reply and no refund. Their communication is a bit of joke. Still will not recommend them.
I sent an email explaining how everything was sowed....I have been growing rhubarb for over 40 years and never seen such poor quality tubers... Please do not purchase from this company.
