I initially had an issue with my first order, as it never arrived. However, after contacting Garden Shaman, they were very responsive and quickly reshipped my items. Although the first shipment wasn’t tracked, I now realize it’s definitely worth choosing tracked shipping for peace of mind.

Their customer service was excellent, and they made sure to resolve the issue promptly. I appreciate their willingness to help, and I look forward to ordering from them again in the future—this time with tracking!

I initially ordered a few cuttings back in August, and had a problem with my order, which I wanted to modify. I contacted the owner via email, which was very helpful and friendly. They also provided me with guidance on how to care for my plants.
All in all top of the notch service and support, cheers to them!

I ordered two live cuttings, they came in perfect condition and are growing strong. i also ordered seeds and they look very healthy, going to plant them soon.

on top of this, the package was lost in the mail twice, but they responded promptly and sent a replacement package both times. truly wonderful customer service, i will be using them again for sure.

Amazing service, shipped to a difficult country and he is very generous and patient. If you want to grow a particularly rare or difficult species go to gardenshaman.

Great store and friendly customer service that takes the time to individually deal with any concerns or issues (no bots). My first shipment got lost in the mail but after contacting their customer support, a replacement was sent immediately and arrived within days. Can only recommend and will definitely continue using their site.

By far this is the best store where I have ever bought rare seeds. These guys are amazing. They work with passion. I bought 250 seeds and received more than 400 and the germination rate +95%. The goods are shipped very quickly and they always send out some bonuses that they send in addition to the order. Excellent, I became a customer and a fan.

The seeds arrived quickly for international shipping, and had great a germination rate.
