The gin was not very good. More importantly I thought every new subscriber received two gin glasses and a jig and a couple of other things to help with pouring etc. As I have just relocated 4000km away from my home I had not packed any gin drink ware. When the pack arrived we had to drink out of coffee cups. This was extremely disappointing.

Love the Garden Street Gin Club box delivery it’s a great surprise each month of a gin and snacks. It has broadened my love of gin and so many unique ones they source in Australia. Easy to subscribe and can pause or skip anytime no worries.
Disappointed gift giver
The one thing I was very disappointed about was that
A) I googled Gin gift boxes
B) I ordered a gin “gift box
However, despite using the term gift, I was not offered a message or card to go with my gift. I was hoping to be taken back to submit a message following payment, not to be the case though. So sadly I have had to spoil my surprise by notifying the recipient of the delivery and not being able to convey my message

Only 1 thing I would change is the option to substitute the tonic for soda.

I was on their subscription list. I cancelled I kept getting emails advertising. I followed their page to unsubscribe. I hit unsubscribe. I received emails still advertising offers.
I reported Garden Street Gin for breaking the Australian SPAM Act. 2003 No129 2003 Compilation 10

I lodged a complaint the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) reporting this business as spamming me. It stopped. for a couple of months
I then received emails from Garden Street Gin again with special offers if I resubscribed. I again notified this business advising them that their marketing practices broke the Australian Government Laws for e marketing and promotions. This was via a phone call!
I was advised on that call I had been unsubscribed.
Approx 6 months later around November 2022 I received emails from Garden St Gin again!
I again hit unsubscribe using their link on the unsolicited email they sent. I reported them to the Australian Communications and Media Authority again.
2023 Emails from Garden St Gin again began to appear, again I unsubscribed again via their own email to me link for unsubscribing.
I again reported them to the ACMA.

I again went through the process of using the unsubscribe link on each and every one of these emails listed above.
Each time a new one came.
I again reported Garden St Gin to the ACMA.
The enforcement of the spam unsubscribe rules is one of ACMA’s compliance priorities.
Garden St Gin have demonstrated total disrespect for my rights under the Australian Spam Act. Numerous times.
Now they are blaming me. they keep attempting to have my reviews removed from trust pilot. So if you are one of their 10,000+ happy members great and you are unlikely to be reading this. .
Gordon St Gin seem to think that my right to review my personal experience is some how harassing them. This is a platform for positive and negative reviews. If Garden St Gin had unsubscribed me as they are legally responsible to do on my first request by ticking or going to the companies unsubscribe page via their very own link this would not be an issue.

Monthly boxes are lovely. However the 2 times I purchased extra products (not the monthly subscription) the orders went missing, were delivered late, I didn’t get the discount offered online and the customer service was HORRIBLE. They don’t return emails or phone calls.

I have to say i am as pleased as she is with the gorgeous presentation,the Gin variety,the cute mixers and healthy snacks and fair price
I have decided i now want to continue the subscription for myself because i'm abit envious of her little Gin Bar haha

Still waiting for delivery ... been nearly a month now and nothing.
I know AusPost has delays but something that was sent express post should not take 23 days. As logged enquiry with AusPost, reached out to company and only told pretty much to wait for them to resolve enquiry.
Do not provide any other assistance.
Purchased this as a birthday present and did so 10 days before birthday so it would hopefully be here on time.
But have nothing to show about from an unhappy partner who keeps being told that their gift is "in the mail".
Was my first experience with them and glad cancelled the subscription as new shipment would have been sent whilst still awaiting the old.
