Got the items ordered, Shipped from bulgaria, Whas a sceptical but everything well packaged and got it within a week to sweden

as with a few others, after 5 days I was left wondering where my part was, having thought it was a UK based company and it being despatched the following day. Had no joy trying to contact them. However part did arrive on day 12, from bulgaria. So stillappears to be trading, just very little after sales customer service. 12 days delivery not bad for an obscure part not available anywhere else.

Garden tool spares is not a bona fide business.As-Parts,a Bulgarian business operates under that name.Having said that,I received the paid for parts from AS-Parts 12 days after ordering from Garden Tool Spares,which is a very comprehensive web-site.I have been stung by frauds using a comprehensive web-site so after some research-when I didn't get an email response to my payment[I got one the next day]-I was apprehensive about whether I was going to get the ordered and paid for parts.AS-Parts really need to make the connection clear.The existing uncertainty is very off-putting.This experience though not fraudulent,has convinced me of the need to check out any site I purchase from outside of ebay and Amazon,which is a total bummer.

Do not use this company. It is a scam.

Initially the site looks genuine right up to placing the order, but nothing arrived after more than a week, other than the order confirmations email from a gmail address and a shipping email from the same address.

So you send a contact us via their website and nothing happens, you try and call the mobile number at the top of the website and it doesn't connect, so there is no customer service.

Then you dig and start to worry. It claims to be UK based, it lists an address in Glasgow in the contact form, along with some generic placeholder text, a US phone number, generic company name and then you note its running on WordPress. Search the same address in Google and you get a bunch of different shipping companies supposedly at the same address.

Look at the payment on your credit card and its from ASPARTS&GASKETS PRAHA PRA, which seems to be a company in Prague, Czech Republic which has a US eBay presence too.

So, definitely not a UK company as advertised, time will tell if something turns up in a month or so or if I lost my money.

Edit 1/11/22. A parcel arrived after 18 days, its got a Czech Republic address printed. On the positive side, it does contain the part I ordered.

I just wish that the website owner would be genuine about where they are, provide some customer service and a realistic view before ordering on their international delivery lead time.
