Awful birthday cake

Awful birthday cake. Didnt look like what was promised-not only that, it tasted horrible. Dense sponge that felt like youbwere eating flour and sickeningly sweet. Whole cake went in the bin. Ruined our birthday celebration. Emailed in feedback as it was inedible-got a reply that almost implied that its nothing to do with them and i perhaps didnt know what the cake was meant to taste like. Would have been better off buying a ready make cake from a supermarket. Total waste of money and time and whats worse is that they are not receptive to feedback at all.
