Unfortunate circumstance, my watch stopped working after 6 months. The customer service team could not have dealt with the situation any better. After reviewing my correspondence, they honoured the warranty without any quibble. Great customer service.

Well I got the watch itself as a gift and it was super simple to setup and use! Then I wanted to add a bit of pizzazz so I ordered the olive green straps and they came in super quickly with updates along the way! And the watch and strap itself are very high quality!

Please avoid this company. There communication is horrendously bad and the watches are not fit for purpose. I returned my watch the next day and they only refunded me £32.00. I am going to follow this up with Trading Standards.

I like the fact you guys checked up with me to make sure that I recieved the watch. Shows that you care about your customers. I’ve been wearing the watch for five days and the battery is at 50% wow. I was skeptic at first hoping it wasn’t gonna be a bogus watch but I’m really happy with it, love all the features. I have an older Apple watch model and the battery is starting to get tired but it never lasted more than a day and a half. I was looking into maybe buying the newer model which would have cost me more than $1200 and boy am I glad I didn’t. I will definitely show off my watch to my friends and brag about it lol! I had other smart watches
I had other smart watches, and they were not easy to set up, batteries did not last as long as this one does. all the other ones I had before were very fragile, this one seems to be holding up pretty good. Great watch out of the box, easy to use, the wrist straps are easy to change.

Improved features
Improved features, but poor manual for detailed setup.
Still unable to set up the compass. Refuses to calibrate.
Cant shut off all sports until I need them... Must have a minimum of three...
I'd rate those items as minor... I would still purchase this watch! Would be nice to have those things fixed. Also cannot remove the default watch faces. Only add some... Again... Need to fix that.

Fantastic Healthwatch
I was searching for a good health watch and came across Gardpro. Initially I thought it was too good to be true and that it could be a scam.
I researched some more, read reviews until I felt it was safe to purchase.
I’m impressed with the communication from the moment I ordered and paid for the watch. I could track it at every stage and now that I have it I’m thrilled with it and all the daily readings it gives me. It’s pairs with my Apple IPhone for convenience.
