I did not place any orders on the website, and the subscription was not needed for me.

I contacted customer support to clarify the situation.
I hope the subscription terms and payment process will be clearer for users in the future.

SCAM AND FAKE REVIEWS At two weeks post partum, I entered a competition on instagram to win a box of chicco baby goods, which apparently I won, and just had to pay €2 postage. On reflection it was clearly a scam but I was so sleep deprived I entered my card details. €2 was charged and immediately refunded by garment party. A week later I was then charged €69 on the same card, and when I queried it, they said it was my membership that I signed up for for monthly clothes?! I hadn't signed up to anything like that. When I asked for my money to be refunded I was told that I could only have website credit or I could get a refund by posting a positive review on trust pilot on how their customer service was helpful. I eventually gave in and posted one, and they then tried to say that they couldn't refund to my card or PayPal because of technical issues, until I threatened to report them for fraud. This site is a scam and reviews are fake, no doubt from others who were also scammed.

The support team helped answering my questions - shout out to Edith and Andy - who were very helpful.

I appreciated the fact that they reconsidered my request and had it escalated. But if you are unaware of a charge and never used an account before it should not be an issue to cancel and refund.

This website is a fraud. Stay away from them.

The product online peaked my interest as all of the product are aligned with the demanding market.

I think it's a good website to find clothes, it has a wide variety.
