The end product was above our expectations and we would continue any future orders with Garment Printing. Jason was the contact person with us from start to finish and he was extremely professional in guiding us throughout the whole process from what our design concept, fabric options and provided us with size charts to ensure our team got what we wanted. The customised designs were high resolution and the shirt quality were good. Jason even recommended what were the best options they had to offer for the best pricings for us to make an informed decision between going with embroidery or digital printing and also recommended washing instructions to preserve the longevity of the digital prints from fading. Very happy with item's print quality and price, they allowed me to adjust my order during production to add an extra shirt. Unfortunately, although they allowed this amendment, they forgot to pack and send the remaining shirt and when raised with them at first they denied that they had failed to ship it before admitting they did shortly after and quickly sending it out to me. Overall a very good purchasing experience and I'll definitely be using them again

The tshirts are such great value and quality. They are not see through. The customer service was great! They were so kind both on email and in person. I really appreciate they allowed me to save on costs by allowing me to pick up. I look forward to doing business with them soon.

We printed many T-shirts designed by the students at the ACAN course. They did this in record time and we had them ready for the last day, which was awesome. Quality is really good.

I had a terrible experience with this company. The quality of the shirts I received was far below standard - the logo was faded and blotchy in multiple spots. When I contacted them, they refused to issue a refund despite the obvious defects. To make matters worse, they deleted my review on Google, which speaks volumes about how they handle feedback. I would never recommend this company and suggest looking elsewhere for garment printing services.

Absolute nightmare to deal with . Avoid at all costs.
Shirts ordered 4th December have now just been sent today 6th of January. Still not due to arrive anytime soon.

Customer service unable to do anything and when spoken to on the phone implied it was my fault that the item was delayed and that I should’ve ordered sooner.

When there was a problem with my initial order, the company got in touch with me very quickly. The garment came to me exactly the way that I wanted, and arrived very quickly. Thank you.

Disgusting! Ordered a printed cap as a Christmas present, the logo and print was small, the last word was tiny, blurred and wasn't even legible. Not only that the logo I submitted was silver but what I received was blue.
I contacted the support email and the response was it was my fault the logo was small...I asked was it also my fault the logo was in a different colour and did they not have any quality control that checks the finished product?
I said in my email as I wasn't getting any satisfaction from the support team I wanted it referred to the Manager to speak to him......never heard from them again!
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY !

Such a great company to work with. They are professional, friendly and caring. Turn around is very fast and I highly recommend them!
