Garmin Express and Garmin software in…

Garmin Express and Garmin software in general is a joke. It's like using Windows 95 again. I've spent HOURS trying to get Garmin Express to find my handheld GPS. The OS knows it's there but Garmin's own software cannot find it. It's a complete crapshoot. One time it will find it the next, no dice. Reboots, different cables, rebooting the device etc are all pointless. I will never buy a Garmin device again. This has been a problem for years that they refuse to address.

Garmin Express is a terrible interface

In my experience the Garmin Forerunner watches have been great products.
Unfortunately the Garmin Express app that you need to upload and download data to the watches is terrible. It's unstable, the interface is almost unusable and the app itself constantly loses connection. Having spent 5 hours using 2 different desktops, I'm still unable to get it to work.
My next smartwatch will be an Apple or Samsung.

To many software bugs and terrible user interface

Bought two TopoActive maps (Greenland) for two compatible devices (Fenix 6 ang GPSMAP 67i). Still unable to download any of them because Garmin Express causes an error - I've spent way to much time and money on something that does'nt work. They claim to provide equipment for hikers, but apparantly you need to be a computer wizard to make their things work...
