A business can only deliver on its promise, its mission statement. Anything less is failure. This company took my order and promptly delivered it. That was a good experiance in that I ordered in the UK for delivery in Portugal paid for in Euro. Everything went exceptionally well

Ordered a 1992 colheita wine, however it was bottled 12 years ago already (meaning 12 years fewer in the cask = total different quality of the port wine). This is something that should definitely be mentioned on the product page.

After contacting the shop, I had to pay for the return myself, no willingness to share the return costs (which I offered).

Wouldn't recommend ordering, since you don't know what you will get delivered in the end.
