I was disappointed that the technician…
I was disappointed that the technician mentioned that because i live in Remuera that the cost would be higher than it would be otherwise. The bill for the component part was $100 more than quoted. I paid the account but felt that i was being billed on the basis of the post code.

Good Afternoon Geoff;
I have reviewed the quote we supplied for the work and the quote was for the initial service attendance and diagnostic testing of the system only. We did not quote for any parts as it was not until the tech attended and was able to find what was at fault, that we were able to know what components were required. We have not quoted for any parts at any time. We do not charge more for components based on location of a client, the price of the attendance would be higher based on the distance of travel, not the hardware required. I would also note that any higher attendance charge would not include anyone in the Auckland metro region.
With the supply of Fiber to our house…
With the supply of Fiber to our house we had to upgrade our Alarm System. This was carried out by their Tech and worked well for a few days but then we get a message from Paradox Security Bahamas asking for payment to look at our alarm system. Also we only get setting messages to one of our phones. Not what we expected.
