Our heat pump and underfloor heating were installed in a new build by a company that subsequently went bust. Since then Garry Hamilton have been servicing our system every year. Their staff are helpful, knowledgeable, punctual and very courteous. I would thoroughly recommend them.

We bought a new build with an Air Source Heat Pump and underfloor heating, only to find it had not been installed or commissioned correctly. Being unable to resolve the issues with the developer we contacted the Garry Hamilton Team. The Team assessed the issues and advised us of the best action to be taken so we commissioned them to carry out the work. And what a great job, all done with the minimum of fuss and greatest courtesy and care. Subsequently, we use them for our annual servicing and find the Team really helpful with issues we still have.

Gary Hamilton have carried out the servicing and maintenance for our Valiant ASHP for the last two years.
Organising the service is very straight forward with Helen, then the teams are punctual and very efficient. They have a very good technical understanding of both installation and performance of the system.
Very satisfied customer in a field where knowledge and experience is very limited. They are leaders in the ASHP field.

Fantastic service. We were searching for a quote to have a heatpump fitted. So many redicolous price estimates out there. Nearly gave up until we contacted Harry Hamilton.
He came to survey and is very knowledgeable and gave us a quote we could accept.
Installation done very professionally and clean. System up and running within 2 days from start. Wife was sceptical on noise levels before installation, but is now a heat pump believer and very happy with our under floor heat.

Air Source Heat Pump.
I decided to use Garry & his team to supply a comprehensive ASHP installation to replace an LPG system in my home. In my case it was complicated by the fact that the house was split level on 3 floors & the existing piping was micro bore. Garry made the transformation to 15mm piping with the minimum of disruption & mess. The cleanliness of the site after embedding the new pipework was impressive. I have no hesitation or regrets in using this company & would thoroughly recommend them.

We had a quote for the air source heat pump, Garry wasn’t pushy, advised us on the benefits from this heating system. Advised us on cost, also requested the claim from the government for the discount. He did a thorough check on what we needed, picked a date to start work. Finished on time and let us know how to work the system. He is a email away for any issues and will come promptly to fix anything. Also a year on with owning the system we changed our home around and he came and altered the radiators to suit. Did an amazing job throughout and would totally recommend.
