Complete scam company, avoid! I purchased a generator and was messed around for a month saying its been sent, its being sent, its been delayed, was alegedly refunded according to an email i received but no refund. AVOID!!!

I would say it’s a scam
They never sent the item. I went through months of promises of a delivery that never came. Eventually the company stopped responding and had to claim money back via credit card company. Seemed very much like a scam to retain money for as long as possible.
