While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more
To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. Will not except a genuine negative review
Will not except a genuine negative review for a product/vendor. Based on multiple attempts to submit a genuine review, they give different reasons as to why they can't publish. When contacting support to justify the review (I shouldn't need to do this), they just say to re-submit. Clearly they only want positive reviews as the vendors are paying them. If you are a buyer, why would you use this site, knowing that it only shows positive reviews?!?!

Reviews appear to be marketing rather than actual reviews.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Complete time wasters - Impossible to get anyone who has any knowledge or experience to answer simple questions. I'd say they had outsourced customer service to AI, but AI isn't this useless. Really surprising for for a business that charges very high prices and claims to target C-Suite of large corporates.
Disgusting company
Disgusting company, they sent transportation order only after loading, included pallet exchange when we didn't agree on that, it ended up with receiving e-voucher from delivery place, however Gartner KG wanted to charge us for that and they never paid for tranportation! Do not work with them!
There is no 'Delete account' option
Don’t waste your time. I was promised a 25€ gift card for a review, but after jumping through all the hoops, Gartner denied the reward. To make matters worse, you cannot delete your own account. I’ve had to send multiple emails, and they claim the deletion "process" takes 2–3 weeks. This level of friction for a simple data request is unacceptable. Highly unprofessional and shady.

COMPLETE SCAM
COMPLETE SCAM, worst customer service I have ever experienced from a staff named andreaisabel gonzalezrivas.
This is ridiculous and the company is a complete scam
Inexistent support
Absolutely impossible to contact anyone for support. No help center, no chat function, emails are just ignored, all phone numbers are just mailboxes through which of course no one calls you back. I've never seen anything like this before.
Our company has been trying to reach them for 1.5 months to add more listing categories to our vendor profile, because right now it looks like we don't have some features that we actually do have, which is incorrect and damaging our business. We are a small company and need to stand out among our competitors in order to grow.
Disappointed – No Support or Response
Like many others here, I’m disappointed with the experience. I submitted genuine reviews and even included screenshots to prove I actually use the software I was reviewing.
Unfortunately, there’s no active support email(even though they have one email but never got an answer), only a ticket system, and you don’t even get a reply confirmation. It feels like my time and effort were completely wasted.
Based on this experience, I won’t be using Gartner again.
Unfair and Unclear Review Removal Process
I submitted genuine reviews on Gartner Peer Insights, only to have them removed without any clear explanation. Their response was vague, claiming "guideline discrepancies" and "suspicious patterns" without specifying what was wrong. Instead of providing transparency, they simply disabled my reviews and banned my account.
This is a complete waste of users' time. If they have strict guidelines, they should at least explain the violations instead of issuing generic, copy-paste responses. Extremely disappointing experience—would not recommend trusting this platform.
lack of data analysis
disappointed to see a lack of cutting edge in innovation and technology, not pioneering as much as they say they are, share outdated statistics and repurpose old content
Just corporate synergies for executive, where everything looks wonderful
If you appear to write some objective comment: like product X has problems A ; B ; C. Gartner will refuse your comment, saying "it appears that you criticize vendor Y" ... hell no, I was trying to provide a clear experience on a product. Won't use gartner again. Won't trust them either.
SCAM - Avoid. Not Trustworthy
As all the other reviews state, this is just a scam, they ask you to write reviews, you spend lots of time, then they block you from logging in so the reviews are not published, just a typical scam, not to be trusted.
AIOps
Ethical verification protocols are essential for ensuring fair, accurate, and transparent chatbot interactions. They help to mitigate biases and inc. in chatbot responses, building trust between humans/chatbots.
They don't publish reviews
I was promised a gift card by writing a review for a company. I went through the time and effort to write a thorough review, for a company which I use every day. Gartner said that because I don't have any news articles about me, they can't publish my review. What a load of rubbish. Avoid this scam website.
The approval or reviews is very hit-and-miss
They rejected my review for the design software I'm using every day as part of my Senior Product Manager job at one of the most well-known consumer brands in the UK. Their reasoning was that using the software may not be relevant to my role, and that lack of trust doesn't feel good when I think about the value exchange at play here. If I were you, I would consider whether spending the time and effort to write the reviews is worth your while as the promised incentives are often withheld without any real justification - it's not the first time they rejected my review without a proper explanation.
