I placed two orders through Lowe's for Garvee 13 gal sprayer both of which came direct from the Garvee with the same missing parts, both sprayer wands, no rod to attach wheels, no transfer unit, missing knobs, broken measuring cup, I received refund from Lowe's on order 300902083264743848 (3/24/26) & will be taking back the second order 300902087262574032 (3/28/26) to Lowe's on Saturday for a refund. I called Garvee to explain the dissatisfaction for both orders having the same missing parts. Looks like everything is prepackaged and apparently Garvee doesn't check to ensure all the parts are in the box before shipping to the customer. Customer Service didn't seem to care. I recommend not using this company to order anything. I should've paid closer attention to the existing customer complaints. Please note this has nothing to do with Lowe's as they do not keep this product in stock and when ordered it comes directly from the vendor Garvee.

WARNING: Do not order from this company if you need reliable delivery or expect your consumer rights to be upheld.
I ordered an item needed to help with a relative’s mobility. The delivery window was 3-4 days but two weeks later it was still with the courier. I contacted customer service multiple times highlighting the urgency but still ended up having to buy a different item from another retailer with expedited delivery, at considerable additional expense. When I contacted the retailer to request a refund, I was told they could only process it once they had intercepted the parcel with their courier — and when that failed, they then insisted I had to wait for the parcel to be returned to their warehouse before they would refund me.
This is not what UK law says. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, a retailer is legally required to refund you without undue delay once you have treated the contract as at an end due to non-delivery. Their logistical issues with their own courier are not your problem as a customer. Their refund policy cannot override or reduce your rights as a consumer and yet this is what they’re trying to do.
Despite sending multiple detailed emails citing the relevant legislation, the retailer continued to refuse. I was left with no choice but to raise a formal dispute with my bank to recover my money.
The customer service team were polite but ultimately unhelpful, simply repeating the same unlawful position in different words across every response.
If you are considering ordering, be aware that if anything goes wrong with delivery, you may face a significant battle to get your money back — even when the law is clearly on your side

could not get the front wheel assembly to stay together . The large washer would not stay on the wheel. Worse mistake I made was buying this. The look of disappointmen my grandsons face was horrible.Customer service was a waste of time., barely spoke english

Purchased a ride on Jeep for my grandson on 1-13-26, by 3-16-26, just 2 months later it was already not working. 12 month warranty means, customer has to diagnose the problem wait weeks to possibly get part. The Jeep came with broken panels in shipping, should've known this was gonna be a problem. Email communication takes 24 hrs to get a response if at all. Just do yourself a favor & avoid all Garvee products unless you really want all the headaches with faulty products.NEVER AGAIN!

NOT A HEAVY DUTY FENCE. Very weak metal. Garvee reached out and agreed to refund 50% of my original order. Today March 28/26 they reached out again and stated they won't give me the 50% and offered 20% because its past 30 days. It is not past the 30 days of receiving my order. It took over 2 weeks to get it.

Poor customer service, missing parts, having to wait on multiple replies back before then telling me they can't find the sale registered in their system. Just a waste of my time. I provided all the potential order numbers and the rep couldn't even show me a concrete example of what number they wanted.
Returned directly to Wayfair, on the fence about ordering again.

The chair came with missing parts (it was a new chair in the box). I contacted the ebay re-seller who just gave me a small refund so that i could go and find the parts and basically told me they wanted nothing to do with it and told me to go away. When I first contacted the Garvee help desk they were very helpful. They were looking for the parts and planning to ship them to me. They verified my purchase on ebay and everything. Very nice people. Then they asked the manager and they got involved and they immediately put a stop to it and said nope....pretty much told me to go away. The manager didnt even bother to contact me or talk to me directly to understand what happened. They refused to even point me to where I could find the parts. VERY bad customer service, and it wasnt the fault of the people talking to me in email, it was the manager and their leadership. They do not care about the paying customers, it is about the bottom line and making money. I know have a chair with no arm rests and there is absolutely nothing I can do about it unless I want to take the entire chair apart, pack it back up, and return it to ask for a new one. That is a tough situation and Garvee does not care. They just move on to the next sale. No recourse for paying customers. Stay away and find a chair somewhere else.
31March26 update - I appreciate Garvee reaching back out to ask again about the situation (they emailed me after responding to the review). I am not sure if they are going to be able to do anything about it but I do appreciate them reaching back out.

Very frustrating service
Bought a recliner chair 2 months ago, unfortunately this was supposed to be for someone who passed away after I ordered the chair from them. The customer service told me this can be refunded once the item reaches to the warehouse. After a 1.5 months of the item being in the warehouse, the money is still not refunded. Tried to contact the support again, very late reply, always says “ we have already spoken to finance team to expedite the process”The correspondence is always same . Very bad service. Not going to suggest this to anybody
I got an email after months from one of the customer support Nadia and she followed up and my issues were attended. Thanks to her for resolving the issue and clear communication. I hope Garvee takes note of it and intend to make a better customer support platform for customers in future.Thanks Nadia and I appreciate your assistance in this matter

I purchased one of the garvee dollies and it was working fine until one of the rear wheels came off without me knowing. I contacted customer service and they agreed to replace the wheel, it took about 3 weeks to get the replacement and when I received it, it was the front wheel instead of the rear, so now back in the same situation, a dolly with 3 wheels.

I ordered a 10'X20" carport for my brother for Christmas 2025. Unfortunately, I left it in my cart for a couple of days and didn't refresh before placing the order. A 12'x20' carport was shipped. This was too wide for my brother's home. Garvee's website states 30 day return guarantee. I called to exchange it, I was informed they don't exchange, and the representative because it was no fault of theirs, I had to pay for return shipping (which I expected). He also told me I should just keep it and try and resell it on my own. When I investigated return shipping, it cost almost as much as the carport. So, my bad. I ordered a 2nd carport in the correct size. When my brother assembled it, he had the wrong size parts for the frame. My brother on several occasions asked to speak to a supervisor, to which the representative replied there isn't one available. After several calls back and forth, Garvee accusing him of not correctly assembling. He sent pictures and described the piece sizes in detail. Told them exactly which pieces were the wrong size. Garvee finally agreed to send him a new carport. Oops, they don't have any in stock. Can he wait until the end of March or would he like a refund? They pushed refund, but my brother really wants the carport. They told him to call them back, instead of them sending a new carport when they receiving them in stock. Clearly they are hoping he will forget and they won't have to make our $700+ purchases whole. So, my brother is still sitting on a carport that is too large and a second with the wrong piece, and NEVER spoke to a supervisor. I cannot recommend purchasing from Garvee. If I could have my review would have been a zero or a negative number.

A mini split unit that comes in 3 boxes should have replaceable parts say your missing 2 of the 3 boxes and you have the main unit you would expect to buy the other two separate indoor units. But no probably just go with a different brand in my opinion

I ordered two of the same recliner by mistake. I called within 24 hours and the agent I spoke with assured me it was cancelled. It arrived! Been trying for a month to get my refund and have them pick it up. Now they say , after dely transfers etc that I must pay for its return. NO!

Good day All! I ordered a carport and a box was lost in transit, these things happen. I contacted GARVEE and had the misfortune-(this is where a 1,000 laughing rolling emoji's go..) of being contacted by Fiona.... Well ..... Fiona was/IS FIANTASTIC!! She is Professional, Attentive and wants to remedy the situation, obviously, because I received the missing box of panels to complete the building. In fact, I'm SO mad She took care of it that I JUST bought a 20'X30' carport too!! It's a tough world out there, more people should lighten up with the craziness I believe though Fiona makes this earth better with doing a great service/job!! Peace and Love to All!

Garvee is an all around A+ site - from products available to customer support! Ordered a table that was shipped and arrived quickly but one caster(wheel) was defective. After chatting with customer support (Hannah) online they resolved the problem and said they would ship a replacement.
