Questionable medical practices

If you want any chance of getting reimbursed through your insurance, or even getting the fee applied to your deductible then don't use GREATER AUSTIN SURGICAL ASSISTANT LLC. When I spoke with their office they were bragging about how to date they have a 0% reimbursement rate and less than 10% of clams being applied to the deductible for any medical insurance. They are out of network for all insurances, they will not submit any claims, and I was told that in order to get the information to submit to insurance, I have to call back 8 weeks after the procedure is completed.
You are required to pay their fee at least 2 weeks before the procedure, the forms that you are required to sign wave all your rights and give them the ability to charge you more after the fact.
Their surgical assistants may be qualified, but their office staff, and legal documents are suspect. If my daughter's condition could be treated by any other DR in the area I would gladly use the other DR as this one (Dr Garza) will only work with this questionable company.
