Placed an order in October which I was told would be back in stock in Jan. Sent emails and countless voice messages which have all been ignored! They use a call answering service so you can't speak to 'Danny' who seems to be the conman behind this scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I am now going to try and reclaim my money from my credit card company and will report to Trading Standards. If I lived closer I'd pay a visit!
I cancelled my order within a few hours. They took full payment and still haven’t refunded me weeks later. Don’t respond to emails either. Dodgy! Avoid completely!
Make sure you use PayPal or a credit card with these crooks to protect yourself!

I bought a fireplace online from this company in November and never received the fire! When I tried to complain via the number given it was an external company which could offer no help! I’ve had to go through my bank in order to get a refund which is just a joke! I will be reporting this company to the trading standards! My advice is most definitely do not use this company as you won’t receive the product or a refund so easily!
