From start to finish the service was first class, the office were very helpful and friendly, and dealt with any issues with out any fuss.

When the fitters turn up to do the works, they were also very courteous and nothing was a problem, and the work was completed to a very high standard.

I have found the company very easy to deal with & the fitting team on-site were very proffessional.

Once I had paid was passed to the planner Steven he sent me all the plans and dates for work to be carried out , did email him once just to check work was still going ahead he got back to me next working day to confirm. Engineers on site couldn’t have done a better job the re-instatement work done in the garden you would not be able to tell they had been there 10/10 wouldn’t hesitate to use again

They made the process that when dealing directly with utility companies is often frustrating and made it completely hassle free.

Save yourself hassle and money , don’t use this company. I contracted this company to deliver gas, electric , storm and foul connections for a small development site at a cost of approx £19k , after the start date was delayed by 4-5months due to a land registry issue they told me at the 11th hour that they were no longer able to carry out the storm and foul drain connections due to their contractors no longer carrying out this work and that the delay had increased costs to them that would prevent the rest of the work being done . They already had taken full payment for the whole contract and were not prepared to offer any credit . It cost me an additional £12k to get the work completed. Disgraceful behaviour and service. Avoid at all costs .

Very clear helpful information about what was happening with the gas installation from start to finish, really nice people from the first telephone conversation to the survey to the guys doing the digging and even informed me what would happen when they left 5 ⭐️ star ⭐️
