The service was excellent it's the 1st time I've seen anyone 😀 be able to talk to the customer and still carry on with there job excellent if I remember thinking his name was jake and the Time it took to service boiler was brilliant I also explained a issue with the boiler and fixed it there and then it was only a small fix very polite and helpful

Got repair really quick. Wasn't happy with finish but at least we have heating.

Engineers were pleasant and did the job .. but upon checking I had to rush outside and call them back in to rectify a a poor installation of the thermostat. Thy did come back in after a discussion and do the job to a satisfactory standard but after thy had gone I did have to Hoover up after thy had drilled walls and left brick dust on the floor . I hope this review is helpful to others I would still recommend them and would use again without hesitation

Fantastic from start to finish job done in a professional way

I was recommended to give GASTEK a call to get a quote for a new boiler by a friend who had used them a couple of years previous when they needed to re place their boiler. As you do you ring a few companies up to get quotes. Having done this had 3 others booked to come and do the quotes. Having spent a couple of hours searching and phoning round. GASTEK was the only one out of the 3 other companies I called that made me feel my call was important and not just another boiler job. From the first call they did everything they said they was going to do even gave me 2 Quotes and explained both of them in great detail also they gave me contact numbers to call or text any question, worries, or any concerns that I may have saying no question was a silly question. This made me feel a easy when making my decision on which company to choose. As soon as called them to to say Yes when can you come and do the job. Within 5 mins I received e mail from them confirming everything we had discussed followed by the relevant paperwork in the post the next day. Followed up by coming and doing the installation as and when we had agreed. Polite, friendly,helpful, and worked hard all day. Left the house clean and tidy and warm, Thank you GASTEK you did what it says on the tin (as the saying goes).

Never checked the pressure in the pressure vessel after I told the engineer the boiler was reading higher than normal

They was Great on the phone but getting threw was just stupid up to one hour waiting for some one to pick it up never am you that busy
