Worst customer service ever for private shoppers
I ordered the 3rd of December and the package was delivered the 20th of December. I was expecting in getting this package before leaving on vacation for the holidays in order to give my daughter her Christmas gift. I so happened to have received the package the day I left on vacation and I did not have the time to open it since my taxi was arriving. I decided to wait till I came back home which was the 6th of January evening. When I opened the package I noticed how big this rice cooker was, it was for a family of 20 or more. I immediately realized I needed to return this product but it so happened that the companies policy is no returns after 14 days, I missed it by 4 days including the weekend and the red day Monday the 6th of January. My objection here is that this company holds themselves from returns even during the holidays when in their side they have problems delivering items on time. They have no sense of customer service in these situations when even they have problems delivering. Now I am stuck with a rice cooker which will never be used! Maybe I should invite the company for some rice for dinner!
