the product was great. There was no communication on order status or shipping. I had to reach out after no word for over a week.

Ordered a new gate sense probe over a week ago. item still hasn't shipped. chat conversation reviled that the item had to be ordered from the manufacture directly. if that was the case i would have ordered one from them myself.

I have spent thousands of dollars with this company, purchased 2 gate operators systems (due to hurricane) and multiple motherboards at $500 each (due to lightning), installed them myself and now I need some technical help and NO ONE will help me because I am a resident and not a Liftmaster technician. They told me I have to hire a technician.....won't ever buy another product from this company again.

They had parts for a linear garage door opener. Part price was reasonable. Shipping at $7. for usps advantage which took 8 days, for a little sprocket, is a little unreasonable. But if you're one of the only guys with that part, you get to call your own shots. I get it.

I ordered a door opener circuit board in September knowing it was on backorder. I finally decided to just to get a new door opener after waiting 3 months...I requested a refund and was told I would see the refund on my card in 3 to 5 days... No refund showed up on my card after 5 days.. No biggy so just kept waiting.. I finally emailed them and told them no refund had posted to my account. I was told indeed I had been refunded on Jan 6th. I emailed them again asking to investigate this because no refund had showed up on my end. I even sent a video of my credit card statement showing no refund had been issued... Day after day went by with no response... I reported fraud to my credit card company who has already processed a refund and now is attempting to get reimbursed from Gatehouse Supplies.

I am in charge of managing the remote control system for the garage doors in my midrise building. Whenever I need to obtain remotes for people in my building Gatehouse Supplies is there for me. I simply keep 3 remotes in stock at my place at any given time and I replace them as they get acquired by my neighbors. Gatehouse Supplies always has what I need in stock and they always ship accurately and very quickly to replenish my stock. Thank you Gatehouse Supplies for your excellent and speedy customer service!

It was easy to order and I received it within a few days. It was easy to program.

Decent service ordering, slow shipping, parts didn’t fit together correctly and had to be modified to fit.

Still waiting on part, didn't say they were out of stock until i emailed them 2 weeks later.

Perfect parts and support would order from them again!

Gatehouse had the part needed at a reasonable price and delivery was quick.

Part listing was misleading (wrong item was purchased and sent). Shipping took two weeks. Return process is non-responsive. Very little to add that was positive.

Item as described. Had to prompt Gatehouse to ship my order. Otherwise an OK experience.

Gatehouse Supplies communication,delivery of order,
value of item,company website, and ordering process all very good. The only problem is the item ordered does not work for some reason. I am trying to replace an existing non functioning remote with the one I ordered for a family member who lives in a condo with a condo garage door.
