Exceptional customer support
Exceptional customer support! I recently rediscovered an old wallet from 2016 that I’d forgotten about. When I logged in again in 2024, the account had issues, but the support team was incredibly helpful. They guided me through each step to restore my wallet, including recovering my old balance. Their response was fast, professional, and made the whole experience seamless. Highly recommend!
Useless for me UK
I hold xrp in an xrp ledger. I have a euro account dapp in that ledger. I can't use Gatehub in the uk. I can only link gatehub to my euro account in the ledger. I look forward to revisiting this review once the issues with the uk regulator is fixed. I mean, a UK based company, striving for growth in future currency/tech, and it's unusable for me and many other uk crypto traders. Looks lazy, fellas. Just how it looks. Is there a roadmap to regulatory compliance?
Unable to withdraw, do not use!
I'm unable to withdraw merely a few hundred $ that I hold in my wallet. When I deposited the XRP in 2018 there was no KYC or questions asked. But now that I want to consolidate it to another wallet they have heightened KYC to a point that it's impossible to find the original transaction/details for me to withdraw the amount held in this wallet. Would not recommend anyone to use this wallet.

A horrible customer support. I am waiting since 2 month for my money to be transferred to my account. Still nothing happened.
Something is wrong with this company. I‘ll try to transfer my digital assets to other provider.

IMO they gone rogue! I wanted to payout few euro and after 2 weeks I still don't have My money. Not in my bank account and not in gatehub account. I feel robed!
I have reach out to support AGAIN (ticket number 586961) no luck! Same LAME answer! Still no Money!
Update: After 3 weeks (happy Me) I got My Money! 1star UP + title change!
But praise be to those who have so much patience to wait for the money to be paid out without nerves and emotions.

Customer support is slow and terrible. It's like they don't care if customers stay or leave. Verifying my account is a nightmare and when I hinted that I would like to close the account due to verification issues, they were like sure here is what you have to agree to if you want to close it. No efforts to understand why and try to fix the problem. Automated verifications take hours nowadays but with GateHib, expect to wait for ages. A complete waste of time.

I've been trying to withdraw my money from there for months. Their support is terrible. They rejected my documents multiple times. I would suggest not to go any near with that service

Their customer service provide no detailed explanation or receipts. Red flags.
"At the moment, we cannot guarantee that our processing partner will process your transaction within the expected timeframe due to increased demand.
We can offer, in case the transaction has not yet been processed, to enquire whether the funds can be returned to your wallet at GateHub. "
I've been waiting for half a month for the funds to be wired to me. It's a lot like Hotel California.
Update: it is now 28 days later, 4 weeks, and I have still not received my funds. My original support ticket ##584504, to this day is unresolved.
There are high fees to open XRP wallets, to transfer to the withdrawal stable coin, and to withdraw via wire transfer. At this point I have never seen proof you'll ever see the value of your deposit back with Gatehub, you will never see that money again it appears.

If I new what scammers these are I would've never deposited my money with them. Be aware they will make everything complicated and expensive. Can't take out my money, can't transfer properly and so on. Avoid this company as the plague.

I had a problem with my wallet.
My wallet did not update itself and i could not get to my funds or transfer my funds.
I have send a email to GateHub and the response was fast and they helped me to fix the problem.
Super happy i can got my funds back.

FRAUD !!! I have been struggling to get my withdrawal done, funds on the platform are hostile and i am receiving no help from support team
I have been struggling to get a transaction i made on dec 2 processed even after 5 days from gatehub, i have been writing endlessly to customer support and no productive or real help has been given.
I doubt that my funds and wallet in gatehub aren't secure anymore, although i am an 6 year old user of this platform, my withdrawal is in thin air and customer support takes longer than 36 hrs to even give a mail acknowledgement
