Terrible..just frigging terrible

Terrible terrible customer service, charge you insane fees and tell you everything is okay just to let you know 12 days later your withdrawal was rejected and they are taking half of the money you tried to withdraw due to rejection fees. Then leave you hanging and never let you know why your withdrawal was rejected when all of the information was correct/veriied by your bank.

THEIFS! DO NOT USE!

DO NOT USE!
No transparency about charges and fees incurred for transferring XRP.
With every transaction you receive a failed transaction message immediately after. Then incur fees of $80 each time without any mention or prior warning that they have done so.
Absolutely no customer support either. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Utter Thieves

Utter Thieves

I had a wire transfer rejected due some incorrect information. For this incorrect information they stole $87 of the transfer and returned the rest. I suppose I should be grateful they returned anything.

Beware their fees are numerous and predatory.

They require you to have traditional bank account and that you disable online communications from your bank

Account verification process takes insanely long time and requires document which can only be from specific banks which they do not mention anywhere, alternatively you could provide a proof of residence from your government, but that document costs 10€ in digital form and 14€ printed. So basically in order to get account in gatehub

1. Cancel your existing digital communications from your government systems
2. Buy a proof of residence
3. Wait for it to arrive via mail (do not get an electronic proof because they may not approve it)
4. Scan the document
5. Send it to gatehub
6. Wait a week
7. Hope they will begin your account verification soon and your proof won't get rejected for being too digital

Don't even imagine asking for support, it will take even longer times

Otherwise the service looks fine, but it cannot be used without verification

Gatehub ripped me off of 1000 Ripple…

Gatehub ripped me off of 1000 Ripple (XRP). Do NOT trust them. My information was not ever posted anywhere, I use anti-virus protection, never logged into any fishy websites, and hadn't even been on my Gatehub account for months. I had 2fa and every security possible connected to my account. I never got any emails telling me my account was compromised. I logged in to check my XRP to sell it only to see my ripple was stolen/taken without my knowledge. Not even an email for that transaction. I email support only for them to tell me 'oh well, your loss.' DO NOT USE or trust this site. They will take everything you have and especially for those that went months without checking or using their accounts (I think that's why I was targeted, because I wasn't using my account for a few months aka not making them any money so they didn't care to steal from me).

They rejected to connect my bank…

They rejected to connect my bank account while I did all the steps so basically my money is stuck. And stupid rules as to keep a reserve for ripple so you won't be able to send it to another wallet.

Watch out for this scam

Like other people have said they randomly locked my account and they want a picture with my passport. I am not giving this to a company that just got hacked, they are just blackmailing you to get your own coins back. This company should be banned everywhere for their illegal activities. Disgusting thieves!

A very dangerous company that should be…

A very dangerous company that should be shut down, asking for extremely revealing private data including selfies with passport and signatures in a single photo (which would be extremely valuable on a black market).
