My mission became OUR mission as soon as I was lucky enough to find this family of professionals at , but not limited to , the Clifton store. they teamed with the Virgina location to troubleshoot my dilemma of replicating a double sided hand embroidered Tribute/Parade flag . The original flag being 40 years old and created in discontinued fabric and antiquated methods assembled overseas. My challenge was to honor those exact specifications to replicate it for a new "Anniversary Flag" to "Retire and Mount" the old one in our clubhouse. The short deadline and limited supplies were met with grace , assembled and delivered early . it proudly flew the very next week at the 40th Flag anniversary at the General Von Steuben parade in NYC. An incredible tribute to a work of art assembled by the Gates Flag Family . You exceeded all expectations . We at the Deutscher Club Clark NJ ~~~ Thank you !

GATES is a wonderful company to work with! My new banner was used at a recent weekend event and generated much more traffic at my table because of the beautiful banner! I mis-understood the listing for a small flag I bought for my grandson. A call to Gates to re-order a missing part lead me to ask for a reduced shipping charge for the additional part. They agreed that the listing was not clear and waived shipping (which was more than the part). Excellent people to deal with. Will definitely make future purchases through them. Thank-you.

I've been purchasing American Flags from Gates for my business and home for over 10 years. Great quality and service!

The brass screw joint that I ordered from Gates was exactly what I wanted. The quality was great and the service was even better. I ordered the parts on Thursday and they were on my doorstep on Saturday afternoon.

The only complaint I had about the screw joint is that when you order a part for a 1 1/4 " dowel rod it should fit a 1 1/4 " dowel rod; not require the shaving off of 1/8" of wood all the way around the dowel in order to make it fit.

Best flags, the pole looks as good as the day it was installed, and better than prompt delivery.

I was asked to supply our local diner with an American Flag that flies in front of their establishment. It is located on a busy avenue with wind blowing all the time! The customer service department recommended the 6 x 10 flag that we ended up purchasing. The diner was very happy as the material will outlast regular flag material. Thanks to Gates Flag & their customer service department who answered all my questions and sent the flag in a very short time!
