This is broker will eat you alive . I close my biggest profit today at 27$ the swap fees was 25$ and my earnings well only 2$ then I checked all the last earnings. I was asking I take profits but my money don't seem growing but even with tiny win like 5$ or 2$ the brocker takes takes most of your earnings like 7$ for swap fees and let you stay in negative profits (-2$)

I spoke to support about overcharged fees for AUD/USD. Agent said it's $15 per lot and because I had 3 lot that's $45 for each trade. Agent gave me the link about fees. When I clicked on it, it says Deposit Bonus Account: Commission: $12 per round trip. So I told the agent I was overcharged and asked him to rectify the error which is on their end anyway. He said "there is nothing further we can do regarding this matter and that there’s been no intentional overcharge - the fee structure for the bonus account is system-based and applies equally to all our clients. It isn’t unique to your account or manually adjusted in any way." I was so frustrated because I do know that whatever is on the page of any business is legal and bound. If the page shows $12 per lot then I should be charged as such not $15. Agent said he will escalate my issue. I am waiting!!!!!

At first I was skeptical, but the person who referred me had always kept it 💯 [100] with me so I went ahead and took the leap and in my first week I was able to deposit my funds with no issue. The funds literally were transferred from my crypto wallet to my account within about five minutes and it cost me $.50 to send $1000 using USDC. not only that the charts are extremely clean the same ones that I use on trading view and I was able to scale that thousand dollars times 3X and take out my money that I initially deposited and have any issues along the way such as balance updates and identification verification handled by the support team, literally with a response in less than five minutes there’s nothing bad to say about this broker, and they have been exceptional 100% of the way

At GatesFX, we do not conduct or engage in any activity that resembles what has been described. Unfortunately, in this case, the client experienced losses due to poor risk management, not because of any platform malfunction or unfair practice.
We had previously issued a full credit to the client’s account after verifying a legitimate technical issue, ensuring transparency and fairness. However, after this courtesy credit, the client continued trading and once again lost funds as a result of personal trading decisions.
When the client reached out, we arranged a Zoom call to discuss possible solutions and understand how we could assist further. Unfortunately, the client chose to end the call abruptly without allowing us to complete that conversation.
We always strive to maintain integrity, transparency, and fairness in all our operations and continue to encourage all traders to practice sound risk management and communicate professionally to resolve any concerns.

I am sorry to see your frustration with our Deposit Bonus Account.
I was able to locate your account in our system to review your account details and trading history. After looking at your trading history I noticed that you were trading US30 with very large lot sizes on the bonus account and you exceeded the drawdown limit which is why the bonus was removed from the account.
This is why it is especially important that you make sure to read the terms and conditions for the account that we email you with your login credentials when you open a Deposit Bonus Account.
If you take only one minute to read the terms, it clearly states that if you are in 80% of drawdown, the bonus is removed and all positions are closed. This rule is in place to prevent further loss of your capital as well as our since we are matching your deposit from our own company funds.
The Deposit Bonus Account is designed to give responsible traders the ability to scale their account faster by doubling their balance. For traders that treat trading like gambling and over-leverage (full-port) the entire account on one trade setup, lose both their capital and our company funds due to irresponsible and reckless trading.
We even tried to credit your account with additional funds to compensate you out of good faith because you did not read the terms and conditions for the Bonus Accounts but you never responded to your support ticket.
The offer still stands but we request you read the terms and conditions for the Bonus account before trading it again. We will soon launch our education hub as well and it will contain an extensive module covering [roper risk management which will also help you avoid future situations like this and ensure longevity of your account.
As for the spreads on the Deposit Bonus Account, as outlined in the terms and conditions, the Bonus account conditions are based on our STP Standard account with spreads starting at 1.0 pips and no commissions.
If you prefer raw spreads, we recommend using the ECN Raw Account as this account has zero spread markup from liquidity providers and has a low flat-rate commission of only $7 for all pairs. This is the best account for you if you prefer trading raw spreads. During active sessions most pairs trade between 0.0 - 0.2 pips of spread giving you an edge in the market!
Again, we are sad to see your frustration and your support ticket is still open and our offer to credit your account because you did not read the terms and conditions for the bonus account still stands. We would love to keep our relationship as your trusted broker partner.
