Welcome back to shit Johnson house,armagh road,another meeting last week and still no improvements for the poor people who live here,where shall I start!scheme coordinator never here because she is moved about to different units,they have no staff,so if no one is here or if there is an emergency,residents have to sort themselves,this is what you pay 92 pound service charge for,considering there's 60 something so called managers,I.e,food lovers who sit in the office while they treat there staff like dirt,lazy lazy lazy greedy lumps,still vulnerable residents haven't had there 7.50 tv licence money back,4 years of waiting(disgusting),this building was advertised over 55 only,ha ha,we have a family of 7 living in a very small flat here,2 adults not 55,5 children under 10,they tried to steal money from me also,sayingI was 585 pounds in arrears,then I wasn't,then I was,then I wasn't,silly little clowns,and the reason people didn't get there tv money back was one of the managers lost the cheque that was sent from tv licensing,silly girl(just theives)i also found a ring outside or front doors and handed it to or scheme coordinator and asked for a sign to be put on door for who lost it,that was 4 weeks ago,never heard nowt again,lol,I wonder why,we also have a seating area just outside office,which has been urinated rotten because someone who shouldn't be living here keeps urinating on it when there drunk,managers just don't care!makes you wonder how they live(I have the picture in my mind!someone was found a sleep in our bin shed which is inside the building,a danger to our elderly residents,again managers don't care,these clowns need to be dragged through the courts and never be allowed to run a business again!the wonderful,caring free speaking MR BILLY DEAN SAYS NO NO NO,stop these clowns NOW!!!!

They have done nothing for me since I moved in if I reported a certain repair to many times they said they would put me on a list it took 4 years they have been but it's not all that much better they have done nothing for me maybe I will get my own independent surveyor in and see what they find

A employee of theirs called Levi Francis sends out letter headed paper to my home with some nonsensical rubbish written on it, representing what Gateway Housing does by employing this type of person and sending out unsolicited letters using company's letter headed paper to vulnerable homes. No action was taken and they continue to employ someone like this. DISGUSTING.

Gateway Housing owns the land on which we live, including the street. For the second time in five years our street lights are out. Last time the lights went unrepaired for 18 months. We first reported the most recent instance in early October 2023. Despite 15 reminders and lots of excuses from Gateway the lights are still out - through the darkest months of the year. If a landowner can't keep the streets it owns properly lit at night, why is it allowed the benefits of being a landowner? Why aren't there fines for poor management?

I would like to say that Nazareen, the housing officer for my 2 nieces, is absolutely fantastic and has helped and supported my family through a very difficult time. Thank you so much Nazareen, we really appreciate it.

Worst ever housing association.
Anyone thinking of buying don't bother buying.
Getting clinical waste collected is a hassle someone called Tanya said arrange with the Council but if they don't have access to get in and there isn't a specific time then what am I meant to do give up my job and stay in all day?
Worst ever customer services and supervisors do not know how to speak to tenants.

Just wanted to write a review for the Purple Pantry run by two amazing people.

Five star
Welcoming ,very professional, variety,great value for money,nothing to much trouble.
I try visit at least twice/three times a month with my elderly mother (she loves going)

I’m not sure the names of the lady think Tina and gentleman think Jason whom run the shop but they are amazing absolute credit to Gateway Organisation.

I would recommend a visit if you’ve not already been,you won’t be disappointed.

I would also recommend to all our friends and family 😊

When contacting gateway housing I finally got through after waiting hours, I was put straight onto a Vodafone call then cut off. The service is APPALLING not fit for public use. They show no interest in the customers, How can this housing continue to operate in this way. It's lost the meaning of the word SERVICE. So many COMPLAINTS, yet no CHANGE. ITS A TOTAL MESS AND DECLINING, SHOULD NOT BE IN OPERATION.

Hottest day of the year, emergency raised by the out of hours team but then refused by MRM! Advised to drink from sink basin instead. Slum landlords! Sick of it!

Youngest child is 4 years old.

Disgusting!

Quick to hand you a late payment charge when you didn’t even have sight of the original invoice due to being deployed. Looking around the estate, they literally take your money and do nothing!!
