hi im the founder of Gatwick Heating Plumbing RICHARD BARRY LOWE and due to my sons illness I have had to take over the rains again to help provide care needs for his children wife Danni and most importantly "Karl Richard Lowe my son " as Karl can not work he does need to mentor the trainees we had working for us when his condition worsened and had to step away, he will now do 10 hour s mentoring and I will run the company because he cant risk loosing the little financial support he gets .

I first contacted Gatwick Heating & Plumbing in April 2023. They came out immediately and offered me a quote the next day. As per request I paid 90% of the quote upfront.
Once the things had arrived, as one was broken and needed to be reordered for the following week, I was offered for the other to be fitted asap. I declined as I assumed it would be better to wait a week and have all the work completed in one go.
3 months later after constantly emailing, calling and leaving messages I eventually get a response to ask for my availability asap. I give it immediately and had to wait another 2 weeks for a response.
When the date was set and the work was carried out, he turned up 45 minutes late, the shower door doesn’t stay shut and I was charged extra for something I wasn’t quoted for (changing the plug on my sink).
Very nice guy and very apologetic but I won’t be rushing back for their services.

Annual Service normally due September, I decided to bring forward service to August, whilst heating not being used, Karl serviced heating, attended to heating & exchanged heating loop. job done, very efficiently

Carl was great, turned up exactly when he said he would and fixed my heating system.

I chose Karl from 2x other heating engineers to undertake the replacement of my ageing open system boiler with a new combi, based on his attention to all of my questions at time of survey. He came across as an honest, reliable and genuine person. His workmanship and concern to have my new boiler up and running in good time was highly notable. Karl is most definitely someone who takes great pride in his work and fully understands that every job he undertakes is an opportunity to showcase his very high standards.

My boiler was upgraded during the recent cold spell and, as on previous occasions, all work was carried out professionally and efficiently by Karl with the minimum of disruption. Above all, he is courteous and approachable and will answer all queries from the customer.

I can not recommend Karl enough! He managed to single handedly remove our old boiler and tank and replace with an amazing combi boiler and nest thermostat. He was extremely punctual and tidy, he made me feel completely at ease. I would 100% recommend and will be using him again.

Called after boiler wouldn’t work and my usual servicing company couldn’t come out till after Christmas, couple of questions I pressed a button and it’s back on. Thank you so much.

Unfortunately we had our boiler die in The terrible cold, my landlord got in touch with Karl and he was very quick to get in touch with me to arrange coming out. He was friendly and professional. Once to problem had be found he was informative and trying to get a new boiler sorted. Once it arrived he refitted the new boiler and keep his work clean and tidy. Happy to answer my questions and talk me thro it all. Highly recommend and will be using again if we have any different problems!
