this was my first time buying from gaudenzi boutique and I had my doubts about the quality and shipment BUT everything went great from the start, once I bought the shoes I received the confirmation email and the next day I receive the tracking number. I order my pair of shoes on sunday and received them the next friday in USA.
shipmet was super fast, costumer service was incredible, and the quality was just great, I love my new shoes.
I dont have any complaints from gaudenzi boutique. i for sure im buying from them again.

We always provide the correct invoice to couriers, sometimes they make mistakes and consider only the price without the sale. Gaudenzi is apparently a luxury retailer, the only thing that is luxury is the products. The Returns, aftercare service are absolutely disgusting. To think that I am out of pocket due to a return... Parcel came inbound, had to pay taxes/duties (£300) HMRC will refund apparently... I have had to pay for return shipping/Insurance (£70).. AND.. i had to pay for the LUXURY boutiques taxes as well... another 190!! Stick to industry leading retailers Luisaviaroma, MyTheresa, BIFFI.. they treat their customers properly... Gaudenzi are pathetically stingy.
